  1. Licensing is the big money driver. I'm sure that's how he and Charlie are actually set. In regards to the comic, it's not a biz you get into if you want to be rich.
  2. That's awesome news for the creators, and the speculators. AND PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY LIKE THE BOOK.
  3. There is something about the face of the guy in the headlock that screams I am not a generic Saviours thug. As if it is a friend or someone that CA has planted in there. Dunno why I respond to it like that... just seems different. Eye drawn to it. If I remember correctly, maybe wrong, but I believe he's the doctor on the saviors side. I think he was one of the guys Negan talked to while he was walking with Carl in the compound. He does look familiar Garf. @Garf.. I think someone is acting like they're trying really hard not to spill a secret that they shouldn't be telling... I'd leave it be.
  4. Sorry-- I'm late to the party, but are they coloring #1??
  5. I was preaching to the choir in the other threads, but now's the time to get your YTLM #1's before they go up another 10-15% next year.
  6. Amazing piece! "Who?" "Thats Yorick. He's my son..." Great "Y" history page. Cheers! I think I may get this framed, along with my TWD cover in the coming weeks.
  7. Sucka! It's gonna look good in my collection!
  8. You've got a daughter? But you've got comic book priorities, dude!
  9. Know I may be preaching to the choir, but this book is heating up like crazy. Really looking at it from a year-to-year POV with GPA, and it's starting to push me into hoarding territory. I think it's really interesting to see the prices for 9.6 and below, and how dynamic they are over the last two-three years-- even without much movement on the movie development side.
  10. It's gotta be 500. If word got out that these were only 300, prices would not be what they are raw, even on speculation.
  11. You lucky SOB. You're collection is killing it. Just let me know when you want to start selling!
  12. I just found a #92 in 9.8 condition in a back issue bin! Cover price!
  13. Judging by the 9.8's that have come back, they're being lenient on these.
  14. I love the book and think it'll do well long term like Saga, but just based on how many there are, i can't fathom it climbing beyond $100 in 9.8. Just too many out there. I'm also not a variant chaser, but considering the print run, I definitely think the retailer variant will be the big draw. Should be a 350-400 book for a while. Hopefully there will be a big jump with the TPB. Either way, I have no idea why you wouldn't buy a retailer variant right now. At worst, you get your money back selling it raw.
  15. check out the fun they had a PetCo last night! http://deadspin.com/zombies-took-over-petco-park-last-night-right-from-the-533932880
