Manifest Destiny 1 $2.99 Image 17,371
Manifest Destiny 2 $2.99 Image 12,801
Not sure if its been posted yet
Does the #1 include the variant cover (Ottley)? If so, I wonder what # includes the Ottley covers.
Yes that number includes all variants. Not sure if the Ottley Cover had a ratio to the normal cover though. So even at 50/50 that would be pretty small numbers for such a well received book.
The Ottley was a "last minute" option. From what I recall, retailers were not offered this variant when the book was initially solicited for pre-order and the window for ordering this cover was very tight. I hazard to guess what the ratio could be....
-
I'm not quite sure I'd call any of these "variants". Correct me if I'm wrong, but they are really only foreign editions of their American counterparts, no?
Cool, absolutely yes .
Variant, eh.... Not really.....

I almost never see them and even rarer in high grade. BSUC as a film? Not sure how. I seem to remember this as an anthology series. Not sure if this was mentioned but Beautiful Stories for Ugly Children as a film? Tough to find cheapI pick up every high grade copy that I find. And I don't find many.
U never see them, much less in HG, because you havent seen my back stock

I think Canadian editions are lame so why would I bother putting it on the form.but the cream of this collection was this book
Nice pre-screening dork. You figure someone from Canada would at least be able fill in the submission form have it properly labelled as a Canadian edition.
You can have this book if you want if you pay for shipping.

Time to start slabbing my hoard of 48's...

In an attempt to continue sullying the thread, which was the harder to get version of stryke force 1 ? Gold, blue.. or?
Blue, definitely blue (thumbs u

Picked up a dead 9.8 copy of TurtleMania while making "the rounds" the other day; psyched
-
I find it hilarious people are chasing activity now.
There is no way that the series has gotten better - if it has it will definitely still be low tier
It's not really chasing if I only make 1 phone call (thumbs u

Love that market report - Thanks again LarrysComics
Funny that Activity #1 is going up
I tried to find the 3 copies I thought I had left this morning, but I guess I gave or threw those away as well. Started with 9 copies when it came out but gave a bunch away after reading - complete mess. The three guys I gave them to no longer have them in selling condition either .
I gave mine away as freebies when I sold other stuff.....oh well, it happens
I should have 25 copies acquired very soon....

I still stand by what I said earlier, I have other books, being held that the owners are aware and OKAY with it. They know they're going to get their books either by mail, or personally held to them.
Why do you hold onto the books for an undisclosed amount of time? Is there reasoning?
Thirdly, to answer Jimmy's question. It's sometimes easier to ship a batch of books together rather than a single book at a time. Respected owners of their books are okay with this.
Again, anyone offended. I'm sorry.
Really? The PO will actually pick up packages from your house. Call and schedule it day before.
And no it isn't easier to ship a batch together rather than separate. I actually is no easier or harder. That reasoning doesn't hold water.
And what is this about respected owners? Was this guy a non respected owner? It appears that maybe Chris was closer to the mark about you doing this for spite because you and this dude had issues before. Maybe not. But then again maybe.
So what makes an owner respected?
Arex, I have no dog in this fight whatsoever, and I'm not defending Adonis', but I believe he meant to say " respective " owners....

Pretty sure this book qualifies to be in this thread...
