Congrats! Which part of Michigan? There's a few of us from the Mitten on these boards! Kalamazoo. I did my B.S. at WMU, then moved away for a few years, then came back. Something about K-zoo keeps drawing me back in! The reality is that my family is the determining factor. They're a couple of hours from there, but it is better than 20+ hours. Thanks everyone! It's been really, really good. I'm really happy with this show. One of the few I watch every week.

I'm pretty excited. I'm moving back to Michigan in a week, and with my dogs, I knew it would be hard to find a rental place. So, with the help of my family, I'm trying to get a house. It will be my first. I have an offer in, and I'm really hoping to get this one. I can't wait to display some of the things I have accumulated over the years, and I can participate in this thread.

From my experience, you buy as many tickets as you want, then get in line. When you get to the front of the line, you give those tickets to someone and you get that number of items signed. My wife and I got 3 items signed between us. The guy behind us got 5 comics signed and a poster. Didn't seem like there was a limit, though of you wanted like 100 items signed you might ask about it when you buy tickets. Same for me. I bought three tickets, got three items signed.

What made me ask this actually was Gwenom. I don't know if Spider-Gwen will ever encounter the symbiote but if she does wouldn't that Guardians of Knowhere variant technically be her first appearance as Gwenom? I went and saw it Thursday night. Bedrock was hosting a showing for customers, and I was happy to see this one with other comic fans after missing a couple of shows. Most of the crowd seemed really engaged, and there was a buzz after the movie. It seemed like the general consensus was that they enjoyed it (I did!), and I tend to agree with many of the points made in this thread. I think my only complaints were that there was too much going on and I wasn't thrilled with "goofy" Luthor (though, I thought Luthor at the end was more appropriate). I felt like they could have cut 20 minutes completely, and changed things (moving one element to a future movie) and it would have been great!

Love to hear how your son feels about it, a lot of people are saying it will bore kids for a good portion of the movie. My niece wants to go just for Cavil tho. Just got back. My son really enjoyed it, I enjoyed it as well. There are some parts that didnt work as well as I would have liked and I did find the music score to be dissonant at times and a bit overly intrusive. An earlier comment that this Batman was the Punisher and I think that is a fair description. This Batman is brutal...and I liked it. The comments about Wonder Woman stealing the show, I think so, it was just a joy to watch her in action. Her screen time as Diana Prince worked equally as well in my opinion. I can chime in with more after we are past spoiler season. I would absolutely recommend it if you are on the fence. Its a real comic book movie. Wonder Woman was, by far, my favorite part.

So, many great books in this thread! The SiP #1 9.8 are super cool. I managed to get an 8.0 that I used for Sig Series for Terry Moore, when he was here at Bedrock City last year. I'll have to give this some thought.

It isn't "new" and "fresh" is one thing missing as it is year 2 of the series. I watched the 2 hour opening shows, I enjoyed it. I enjoyed it, too.

I loved that movie when I was a kid. It had the power glove and everything. Nice instagram photo by the way. Cool book! I liked that movie, too. I had a conversation with my oldest nephew (turned 13 last week) over Christmas about this movie, because he likes video games. I spent about 15 minutes just explaining to him what it was like when Super Mario 3 came out.

Wish they would make a Zatanna, Would look great with Wonder Woman and Batgirl very much like the Brave And The Bold 33 cover I've got the Power Girl Exclusive coming in. That's why I want a Black Canary. . . to put with Power Girl and Batgirl. Though, Zatanna and/or Huntress would be great, too. Canary is my favorite, though. I heard rumblings of a Birds of Prey art print down the line, so I think Black Canary and Huntress to go with the Batgirl will happen. In fact, I'd say it's a safe bet that most of the prominent DC females will eventually happen. They sell. Take my money.

Just got this statue today. I highly recommend this one in case you want to get something to fill the spot until a 1/4 version is released. Every time I go into the shop, that one has tempted me! I have the Canary Bombshell and the JLU maquette. I may have to get that one.

Actually, now that I think about it, the Supergirl PF they've previewed. . . I'll have to get that.
