Finally sent in my TMNT #1 3rd print, TMNT #4 1st print, and TMNT #5 1st print to get signed by Kevin Eastman at Boston Con. Hopefully he will do a turtle head sketch on each. Can't wait to update. Also getting my TMNT #2 1st print back from Joey along with Raphael #1.

I've often wondered the same thing. I know their are a lot of us that would love to have Eastman and Laird under the same roof. Not only for signing but for other activities. I know I'd try my best to make and more than likely would travel rather far to do it. I'm sure CGC could get a rep there also.

Well guys, I got my #1 back in and I'm finally in the club! Super big thanks to Joey on his press job. The book went to him as a 7.5 and came out of CGC an 8.5!! I honestly couldn't be any happier and can't wait to mount it up. Truly my favorite book now. I know most of you know him, but in case any new guys don't. Joeypost is one of the most top notch guys I know and have ever dealt with. Excellent communication, customer service, and turnaround time. It was truly an honor doing business with him. Here are some quick scans.

Thanks Peter, that's what I figured. I noticed that his books SS'd on eBay were scarce and couldn't find an event calendar for him.

Any clues on McFarlane? I've searched and can't seem to find a planned event calendar for him.

The double cover market is a tricky one for sure but that is WAY overpriced. From the pics that book would grade at a 7.5 to 8.0 by CGC. I would probably pay $150 to $225 tops in raw form.

It looks like their is 3 printings to issue #2, is this correct? I see a different cover for print #3 but if their is 3 how can you tell the first print from the second print? Comic price guide doesn't show a pic.

I'm just hoping enough the creases are NCB's so it can regraded to an 8.0. I think an 8.5 is out of the question but oh sweet that would be!!

I actually bought it off of eBay. I didn't even pay attention to the screen name. I will look it up though.
