  1. Saga RRP sales have really slowed down today. No sales yet so far, partly because only auctions were added or Buy-It-Nows in the $150 range... Seth
  2. Guess I need to get joeypost on my Christmas card list...
  3. Zero chance?? Those are my kind of odds... Seth
  4. , maybe. Statistically, the odds are in your favor that no modern book will ever be highly valued. You will always be 99.9% right from this point in time.
  5. You aren't thinking big enough. Saga is the next Star Wars. I'll trade Star Wars comics all day long for Walking Dead and Saga. I was being facetious, but the difference would be that the comic book came after the movie and there were over 1 million issues printed of number one. If Saga, and this is a big 'if', goes on to be a sensation that goes mainstream, a RRP of issue #1 with a print run of 500 copies will bring in forehead slapping prices... What do you think the risk/reward price would be for a Saga RRP at this point? Seth Wait. If you don't speculate, then I guess that would be a question you don't try to answer.

  8. The only way you're getting one for $25 is to get lucky on some poor schmuck's misguided BIN That said, there has to be more coming as people unpack their luggage....right? Then it would be the only RRP other then Batman 608 to follow that trend. There are 500. Branget, so you think it likely that this RRP will be back in the $25 range soon? Thanks, Seth
  9. Saga#1 RRP Variant Watch Currently for sale on eBay: 9 copies 4/16 auctions: 7 copies at an average of $92.15 each 4/17 auctions: 10 copies at an average of $119.00 each
  10. If anybody sees anymore auctions sell, I will keep a tally going. So far, I have seen 17 copies sell in the last two days and have all other auctions on watch. Seth -- Saga RRP auctions: 4/16 ebay sales: $40 $75 $80 $80 $95 (although it clearly had significant bending on the backside of the comic) $125 $150 4/17 ebay sales: $90 NM+ copy $90 (for a VF book with bent corner) $110 $115 $115 $125 $125 $135 $135 $150
  11. I have seen some differing figures on the rarity of the Saga RRP. Some have said it was limited to 200 copies and some to 500 copies. Anyone know where to get confirmation on the exact number? Thanks, Seth
  12. Added, plus another copy just sold for $125.
  13. Saga RRP auctions: 4/16 ebay sales: $40 $75 $80 $80 $95 (although it clearly had significant bending on the backside of the comic) $125 $150 4/17 ebay sales: $90 NM+ copy $90 (for a VF book with bent corner) $110 $115 $115 $125 $125 $135 $135 $150
  14. A VF copy with a bent corner just sold for $90...
  15. There was some discussion earlier on how much Saga RRPs would be selling for post C2E2. Here are the copies that I have seen sell today on ebay: $40 $75 $80 $80 $95 (although it clearly had significant bending on the backside of the comic) $125 $150 Looks like it pays to be patient. Seth
