How many posts have we seen where a buyer (or seller) has outed the other party due to a bad transaction (from whatever site?) I agree that if a transaction takes place on eBay and the seller did not advertise in the eBay thread on the selling forum then the seller should NOT be placed on the board probation list. I do appreciate, however, when anyone who has had a questionable experience with a buyer or seller posts their experience in general. Perhaps this is where this should have gone.

I'll do what I can, but it's a 24 hour a day job and y'know...that's a lot of time invested when I could be reading up on latest comic plots on wikipedia instead of buying a book that costs $3.95. I almost bought the ASM One More Day Back Issues but didn't know what other books I needed to complete the arc. If what is on his Ebay page is on Ebay's website, then why does he feel the need to repost it? Because now they have the funds? I am sure most folks here are looking for deals, but I also don't have an issue with folks selling books at whatever their asking price. If the price is too high the books wont sell, correct? (thumbs u There are those of us (specifically me) that aren't savvy and bought some books well over guide/market and just hope to break even OR need the cash (unemployed). That's one reason I'm hesitant to sell on the boards - not because I'm afraid to ask for what I want, but because I might alienate some folks that think I'm an insufficiently_thoughtful_person for asking 100% (or more) of guide price. If one can offer great deals I think that's super, but some don't, can't or may just not know any better.

Russ - I believe I've ordered from you in the past with no problems, however, your attitude and actions on this board have resulted in an opinion of you and your business that isn't safe for public view. Do you not see that you have irreparably damaged not only your business, but your personal credibility? With the exception of one loan supporter you have effectively alienated everyone that has ever done (or has ever thought of) doing business with you! So I know CGC now grades Playboys...are there any no-no's as to posting adult material for sale? I have some Penthouse comix that I will post eventually...all the covers are fine so no issue there. I certainly wouldn't sell to any underage boardies...would paypal only be enough to allay that concern? I'd hope to not have to ask for a photo copy of a driver's license. And to head off the 'perv' comments I bought these LONG ago when I was still in the military and unmarried.
