    Question, do we hafta wait three days for no one to take that current "jumpstart offer" in order for someone else to post another attempt at a jumpstart offer or can multiple offers be posted by various boardies until something is picked up?

    Justin (HarveySwick) I want to publically say thank you for letting me borrow Y: The Last Man. I just finished reading it and it is a highly entertaining story; well written and the art is just fantastic, especially the covers.

     

    Y is in one of the best comic book sagas I've read in a long time. My project for the near future is to read Sandman, since I never got around to it back in the day. I'll try to buy them at some point, because I hear that was an awesome bit of storytelling too.

     

    I am so happy to have borrowed Y and I will be reaching out to "youmechooze" to ship them out to him soon. I'm sure he's anxious to read 'em and since I purchased the last two volumes, he'll be receiving the saga in its entirety. After he's done with them, he can pass 'em along to another lucky soul.

    Resolving to NEVER ship books again though. Man I hate the post office...glad people are getting their books though!

     

    The post office here in Sheepshead Bay is by far the worst post office I've ever done business with; most of the staff is always annoyed, they move slow and basically it is just an annoying experience going there. They do this thing were they leave a "we missed you" slip even though they never attempted delivery & sometimes even update the system as "Delivered," so there's always long lines with a ton of people there for pick-ups, so I understand when you say you hate the post office!

    I'm sure it's buried in this thread, but does anybody have this?

     

    Junkdrawer was trying to find one at Boston Comic Con and since I just picked up a BA12, I kind of want on! :D I've always loved Bruce Timm's art and this just looks cool. Wondered if someone here has one.

    Awesome gesture! I fell asleep when these were being pre-ordered, so I had to pay double for mine on feebay, but it's well worth it. It's such a sweet statue. :cloud9:
