Lets change the topic, like about how awesome this cover is in OA, and how I now own it oh , is it a spoiler to those who haven't seen it yet?

its a bidding war between like 3 people - you can tell from the bid history - the same 3 people are bidding it up - this isnt going to be an accurate reflection of the WD OA market - unfortunately the same 2-3 people are buying up all the WD OA.. I wonder...once those 2-3 people lose their pool of money (if ever)...will the market experience a lull...

I'm starting to regret selling my covers...I coulda made quite a chunk more on them.. C'est la vie...I can't even fathom how some of you guys who sold TM pages and WD #1s a few years ago must feel.. Though, I guess it will feel a lot worse to have bought high and sold low like I anticipate some of these more recent purchasers will be doing in a few years (who knows, these prices might never go down..)

Hogwash man - Go-Daddy is a multi-million dollar company which should be able to withstand some DDoS attacks by some cyber-punks. Also - many, many news-sites are reporting that Anon was not behind this, but rather Go-Daddy had some sort of an outage and sort-of blamed Anon. Either way, things seem to be back and running - I'm jumping off Go-Daddy immediately..This is inexcusable. Especially that their response to this for HOURS was "uh...we are working on it, we know its a problem" That's a response I expect to get from my mechanic, not my web-hoster.

easy to say that but in the back of my head - and i am sure others - is the ever-looming concern of - if i fall on hard times, will i be able to get at least my money back on all that. WD waters are now getting a bit deeper to wade into, and thats where the worry comes in..with the worry, comes conservative buyers, with conservative buyers comes price stabilization.... with me typing comes more speculation

im usually one that advocates that WD OA prices will regulate themselves back down to normality... i want to just bring up 1 point...comic art prices dont start in the tens of thousands with the obvious exceptions of some ridic covers etc... maybe Moore/Adlard are todays Kirby and Lee? I dont think so...but remember, at some point pages from ASM etc were $50 .. Now I see auction houses selling those pages for hundreds of thousands of dollars. Thats boku bucks folks.

Baltimore CC didn't have any WD showcases - all the comic book dealers I saw there had tons of boxes but certainly nothing showcasing WD.. Though I was looking for OA - didnt really pay attention too much to books..
