Hmm...I think that it will be refreshing, and in fact necessary at this point to have a new team behind the cameras, if they want to maintain current interest and garner new fans. The show has been dragging for a while now.

It was a psychological ploy to get under Rick's skin and perhaps make Rick think they had some common ground so he the Govs words gained traction and thus made his lie of a deal more believable to Rick. That's what I figured as well, the gov is a master of subterfuge. One minor thing, what did he claim his last name to be? Has this been covered before? Blake Phillip Blake. Well that makes total sense then. One rule of life is to never trust anyone that has two first names as a whole name. =)

I just thought it was an interesting parallel with the comic considering the woman in the bar looked like his wife. But after this it's certainly a possibility. You'd think he would have killed her if she killed Dwane, but who knows.. :shrug: He told Rick that he "did her" after she attacked Dwayne. What else could that possibly mean besides re-killing the un-dead?

I asked what happened to the van driver because I began to infer as well that she was in fact Andrea. Makes very little sense, but maybe she feels the need to disappear without a trace from the governor, and to re-unite with her original crew. I Think that we are all in agreement that the driver was a female. Andrea could have ambushed the original van driver while it was being loaded and the Gov was still on his way to the prison. It's feasible that Andrea already had been outfitted with or knew where to get proper-sized riot gear long ago due to staying at a well-supplied town. The gov is using a Steyr AUG, for instance, so we know that they have some top-shelf ATF-type gear there. She feeds the driver to the zombies on the way over after extracting his plan, crashes through the gates as the governor expected to see (but gets the van stuck far away from the building to minimize the danger to the prison), shoots at Michonne to sell her ruse to anyone who was watching, and then found some cover until she can reveal herself to the group. The gov will assume that the original driver never made it out of the prison, and won't connect Andrea's disappearance from the town with the missing van driver. But then she showed up in the previews talking to the governor, so probably not. =)

NEVER!!!! =) Yes, Saga b.... Trust me man, I just loaded up with a little stack of early copies despite some problems with a couple ebay orders and a bunch of cancelled or partially filled orders. I never did get a good line on a bunch of #5's at what I wanted to pay though... When do people expect to see big bumps in print run with this? #11? Not sure that I would want to buy as much of those when that happens.

What future issue exactly will be the first one to see a (presumed) big spike in print run? I'm trying to figure out when I wanted to throttle down to about 50% of what I have been pre-ordering. I'm guessing that #10 could still be similar in number to the previous issues, but I could have pre-ordered more of #11 online when the run began a little while back.

Most of my flurry of orders from last week have begun to finalize, in one form or another. I always feel like a flight deck mechanic in combat, sending crews out and waiting to see what comes back. Well, right away some of my birds had to turn around because of computer problems, and later on some of 'em realized the load-master screwed up and put the wrong stuff onboard, or simply forgot 90% of the order! Scrubbed a total of 40 sorties to those problems. Then, later on, some more of 'em started to limp back, all shot up. Most of those guys took it on the corners, it was a bad scene. We got 'em all into quarantine, but it doesn't look good. Some of 'em are still out there somewhere, their fates unknown...

I don't know man, #5 I'd be grabbin', if it was for cover, even if it was not in the best of shape. I was only able to find two for under $10 last week online that were listed as nm, and I just got the first one and it's a second print (date code was for first print) . =/ So now I lose half of my money sending it back.

Probably buried in them, idk.

There are a few first prints at nose-bleed prices out there. Out of the regular issues, I feel that, once the big stores sold out, 5 & 6 have always been the hardest to find cheaply (in bulk), beyond #1.
