When I was in line to see Stan on Friday, I saw some different people with FF 1, AF 15, ASM 1, Capt 100, ASM 97, and I had my very first copy of ASM 14. It will not get a very good grade, but since it was my first 14 and the Goblin is my favorite Marvel character I wanted that signed.

I don't have any graded yet, how many do you have?

I really enjoyed Darkhawk when it first came out and I am way older that the 28-38 crowd. But then again I also enjoyed Rom Spaceknight and Machine Man. So what does that say about me? I also really enjoyed Nova.

I really enjoyed the Clone Wars, it kept getting better and better as the seasons went on. From what I understand they will continue it but in movie form. I will watch the Rebels show.

My lcs got 2 of these in the post and I looked at them and they are in horrible shape! Marvel only sent them in envelopes, so trying to get this one is a hg is going to be tough.

RMA is not the only person to sell to PL people, I have seen a few :takeit:'s in threads by people on the list. The way I look at it is that it's up to the sell if he/she wants to sell to people on the list. If he wants to, that's RMA's choice. I'm new here so from my understanding if you put up this icon means it's the buy it now button. Is there a thread about this icon and how we do business on this forum? When you post that icon it means "I'll take that book" and the PL rules give a buyer up to 30 days to pay from the time of posting to complete payment. If you needed more time to pay than 30 days you should have discussed it with the seller prior to posting the This was a comment towards Mr. Ball's thread not yours. Apparently you didn't read the quote prior. I would say that maybe you need to work on your communication. When you said "I must have" What would you expect it to mean?

My head is spinning between this thread and the IM 1 9.4 thread. So kitsune, if you never intended to buy the Gauntlet set when you threw up the "I must have" why didn't you say that to the good Dr? I took that as "I'll take it" also.

That is exactly what I do and if I am looking for a particular book I pm them to ask if they have one for sale.

more and more I think we're too busy trying not to offend rather than calling out bad grading and bad sellers/buyers I've taken to calling out stuff that irritates me in the General Discussion thread. It makes me feel a little better, and hardly ever have I been the only person to notice something. Is that why you have negative points in the Locked point thread challenge Speedy?

Ok, I can understand that. When I have a sales thread, I often do price reductions to promote quick sale of books and quick payments - which is why I stipulate the 3 day rule in my overall thread specifications. I don't mind even waiting for payment, but I also stipulate if that is the case, the buyer work it out with me ahead of time. And the reason for that is that I don't want to mark something down and wait 1-2 weeks for payment - because I could take those 1-2 weeks and attempt to sell it for regular price and get my full amount. Like I told Sharon - I don't think the guy has to be nailed to a cross over a $40 sale - especially since no one is out anything other than time and inconvenience, but I was curious to what reprecussion there is (if any) to not following through on a sales thread and if there was some middle road between three days and 30 days. I don't think I'll come back 30 days from now and nominate him to the PL because I'll just move on with life and give him ONE STAR on my personal star ratings list.
