  1. Ah in denial, you are a dealer since you sell books to support. Yet the worst type of dealer one addicted to his own product. Now you have admitted you have an addiction. The admitting is the first step in the process to salvation. The next step is saying yes I want help and reaching out for support. There are support groups out there for you like Comicholics Anonymous. CA meets at most local comic shops every comic book release day. They talk about their experiences and support others who are trying to quit. You will be assigned a sponsor who will help you try to quit, but will be there to support you on case of any relapses. CA firmly believes in the meeting places being at comic shops because the temptation to buy needs to be front and center. Only then can you truly fight the addiction. Comic shop owners have agreed to participate in this because they know the techniques to get you to come back. You have to be able to show you can fight those techniques. If you can't they get a lifelong addict.
  2. Or the dealer who keeps pushing his agenda instead of saying his point once and moving on. It's like the Boy who cried Wolf by now.
  3. You are more than welcome to come to my house and count my money. Just call first that way I can break out the china, prepare the kolbasz, cook the Kolbasz in Hungarian Beer, make the Hungarian Chili Hot Dog Sauce, got the Hawaiian hot dog buns out, have the shredded cheese ready, and have the Mr. Pibb in the bottle out for you. You will just have to sign a fake hot dog bun.
  4. So in other words they are hurting your bottom line.
  5. My understanding is that you are a seller on ebay and you are complaining because this extra charge effects your bottom line. Ok that makes more sense and if that is the case you are trying to profit off their signatures and the charge is directed towards you.
  6. Nah the people with disposable income are my age wanting to reclaim their childhood which is the 80s and 90s. While the people who were into the memorabilia from the 50s to early 70s are now entering a time in their life to where they are getting close to retirement, retired, or have a lot of kids with a lot less income to spend. Therefore they may be selling their collections at this time too for money.
  7. Yeah a lot of NSS posters, interesting posters from other countries, and autographs from certain people earlier in their career is worth more. My Dad has a signed photo and letter from Elvis when my Grandpa was in Germany stationed with him framed hanging on the wall. I have never seen an Elvis autograph look that nice, that big, and such a creative look to it before. As far as posters I just had one go up from being 2,500 a few years back to over 6,000 this year. 8. Yes you voice your concern by not purchasing the service at that time, letting the creator/handler at the time of the possible transaction of your issue, and later writing to the handler/creator in something you can track your displeasure if it still bothers you then. Yet for some to continue to advocate their position left and right on forum like this anytime something happens like such and such person has an exclusive or this person won't allow CGC gets tiresome to a lot of people on these boards. Honestly creates some sympathy towards creators and handlers because it comes across as a constant attack and beef some of these members have to where they make themselves look like a villain or the entitled and the creators/handlers/facilitators like saints. Say it once and let it go
  9. Yes and no it is CGC's responsibility. 1. Setup an independent third party group to investigate, educate, and inform the public, creators, and facilitators on issues that arise. They may listen to an independent study more so than CGC.
  10. Ron makes a lot of appearances at cons. Best bet is to find a show he will be at that one of the facilitators is already going to and send your books to them.
  11. Yeah, but you are encouraging him and acknowledging him and giving him personal satisfaction. Which has me on the floor laughing.
  12. Or maybe that is an elf or Leprechaun I hear?
  13. So you have a personal beef with Stu that should be handled through PM's it seems and not on the boards ruining the majority of the board members' enjoyment. Do you have the charts to show me the damage done to Stu's body from it? Are you his Doctor? Are you a licensed physician able to make these claims?
  14. So you can take digs at others and distract from the actual conversation, but can't take it when it happens to you. Your the guy that accused the other poster of being a pot smoker. Truth Hurts doesn't it
  15. You are saying this from 30 years experience of smoking pot? Were you smoking that Labrador stuff?
  16. My name is Reddwarf666222 and I do not support this message.
  17. What vendetta does SueStu have. You said he was a pot smoker for 30 years. That means he is too laid back to care and the only thing on his mind is where the nearest White Castle is.
  18. Yep only 9.8 SS 404 I have seen in person is signed by most of the Gotham cast
  19. What is your plans for your signed Falco Record Album
