  1. I was listening on the radio while surfing the net...maybe this will be our year.
  2. They can charge what they want...it's their property until you agree to purchase it I am not to sure about that. Canadian Laws are not always the same as the US. Either way I have contacted Retail Council of Canada to verify if this type of Business practice is acceptable. That's a fairly awesome waste of your time. Must not be any good movies in the theater up in the great white north. What's one quick telephone call to insure that a business is following the rules. Movies are over rated ain't that why you are on these boards on a fine Sunday Afternoon.

  4. This is the only store I have come across that does this. So, my question to you is if there is no price tag on the book why would it not be cover price? All their new books from 2016 are not marked with a price tag nor was there a sign on any shelf advising what was new. The only books with price tags were variants. Wall books near the ceiling had a few priced, but the majority not. Out of all their long boxes only two were marked $10-15.
  5. Bolded: No. You shouldn't be entitled to it. However, I would have also walked out because screw doing an LCS's job and bringing them books to price at the counter. Before digging, It's a good idea to ask how they price so save yourself the time and frustration. Fair enough on the entitled bit. I plan on using social media to let more people know about this fine establishment.
  6. I attended a shop yesterday Comic World and spent time digging through their bins, I found a few AH Catwoman Covers. I also had picked up a few newer comics off the shelf. When I went to pay for them the guy at the cash told me to hold on a minute as he booted up his computer to see what the AH Catwoman Books were going for on e-bay. If a comic has no price tag other then the price that is printed on it, should I not be entitled to the cover price? Needless to say I walked out with nothing.
  7. The Walking Dead #132 326,344 That is a whole lot of copies 2nd Highest printed Walking Dead issue.
  8. Daryl is safe...why the hell would Negan make an example out of an injured individual. Better off taking Glen out, it will mean more as it shows luck does run out eventually.
  9. Awesome episode...Lucille she be a comin soon. Loved the fact Glenn got to see photo's on the wall after doing in that one Savior.
  10. Which of the 25 variants (or so)? The print run on 100 is enormous. 355, 082 according to Comichron, Just who knows what ratio for each cover.
  11. One of my LCS owners told me the comic was being delayed until next week, along with some others including Fade Out. I was definitely interested in getting this one in it being Divinity's next appearance after the mini, and was one of the first in the door to try and get one. I have also noticed that (last I checked, at least) it is not in stock on Midtown or MCS websites even for pre-order. Divinity turned up in Imperium Issue #6 if I recall and I picked up Issue #7 Yesterday...so no delay on this one.
  12. Cannot wait to see how Rick and Michone deal with these survival of the fittest .
  13. Jessie and Rosita are upgrades for Rick & Abe. Just my humble opinion.
  14. Abe traded up from his Wife...she was terrible looking.
