Thats what i want to know. It is weird. My best guess is that there are a handful of collectors who think the normal diecut #13 is actually the variant, and that the dark-Joker-with-mirror-&-lipstick #13 is the 'regular version' sold off the racks (because honestly, that's what I would have thought if I didn't read these boards and couldn't get to a shop). It doesn't explain why they didn't buy cheaper copies of the diecut ones, but at least explains why they might have been willing to overpay. I agree with you. Some people are expecting the covers that were solicted and not the die cut covers which people are selling and claiming them to be what the are not...Variants.

Maybe,,,,,they just have not bothered to get CGC to grade their copy yet? Batman #4 has been found in 9.8, so why not a Nightwing #4?

Batman and Nightwing 4 both had spine issues, even replacement copies had same problem, so 9.8's are that much harder to come by.

CGC site still claims Fast Track to be on time at 10 Business Days.

My books are now on 25 Business days that is past double the time and not even graded yet.

You're in luck. They're about to announce the "Super Fast Track" service. For another $10 per book on top of the Fast Track fee, they'll grade your Fast Track books on time. It's a win/win. Yeah no thanks.

Quick question....who do we complain to at CGC for misleading customers with their false timelines? because I spent $310.00 for fast tracking and it has not happended....what do they do for customers to rectify this issue if anything?

Apparently Fast Track is no longer Fast Track. My books were sent in 1st week of September and still have not been graded. But, according to CGC Fast Track is still on time,
