When you get that low Marvel #1 I'll trade you the later Schomburgs no problem! I think keys only would be pretty boring as well, that's why I also collect tons of 80's books from when I bought em off the stands. Super fun, cheap, and makes for a good weekend local hunt.

Just get lower grades. No 2nd app or good story arc is as awesome as the first app. Try it out, a 1.0 AF#15 in one hand and the equivalent in price ASM minor keys in high grade. If you went for the minors you’d wish you had the key. If you have the low grade key you’d think maybe I’ll get the minors sometime. No rush. Or maybe I’ll upgrade the key someday. 90% of the time a major key is so satisfying that I forget all about wanting the minor keys after getting the major. I wanted the minor keys because they were substitutes for the real deal. Everyone’s different, but I think the disappointment of realizing the $ used for the long box of minors was enough for 3-5 satisfying keys is universal.

I know you like to do the higher grade books, but can you comment on your opinions of the “entry level” side of the market for 1k+ keys? Books that start at 1-5k for ANY available copy seem to create a entry level market that’s it’s own beast. Also, what books (if any) do you consider “Mega Keys”? Thanks for answering!

I wanted to post something on Superman’s powers that I read recently but cant find now, it gave the chronology of early powers (1938-1940) covering the comic books, comic strips, cartoons, and radio show. Can anyone point me to this?

Regardless of how the poster talked to cgc on the phone, I wouldn’t recommend or submit large magazines to them after seeing this. I’m sorry for his losses, and I hope he gets compensated. Hearing some F bombs isn’t a big deal to experienced customer service reps they know how to deal with it.

IIRC Warlock wore the gauntlet in the IG comic, so maybe Captain marvel or warlick (if he appears) I still don’t know if Marvel had the rights to use Warlock in the movies.

Thoughts: -Did they knock over the Cap statue from a Steranko cover in the park scene in the beginning? -Surviving characters will sacrifice themselves to save all the dead. -As turning to dust strange said it was the only way to Stark and looked at him as if he knows Stark will be the real sacrifice. -I swear that when Thanos tries to push/crush Cap he has a moment where he’s like WTF? How are YOU this strong? Then he punches him. That was very cool. -Perhaps Captain Marvel will take on the role of Warlock from the comics. -I wish Fury sent the sos to Richards, Logan, Xavier. That would’ve been awesome. -Dr. Strange seemed to have a very strong negative reaction when Tony said Steve Rogers would know where to find Vision. Have they met before? -Thor’s new weapon seemed to be half axe half hammer no? So the hammer pairing isn’t totally gone. -I think it’s safe to say all the dusted chracters souls are in the Soul stone. -I look forward to Cap getting his shield back.
