  1. Never mind the Rocky Raccoon of Beatles fame appearance, it’s that spectacular Satana cover that is the real awesomeness of this issue!
  2. I’m an infamous hoarder. Lots of raw copies of all Warrens around here.
  3. I wasn’t going to pull this out, but I have been compelled.
  4. Couple more early Warrens I needed. The writing on Eerie 3 is fairly unobtrusive and I'll live it for now since it was part of a lot and the others were way nicer than the price. It's so smooth and flat otherwise, I may just call it a PayCopy 9.0 @SurfingAlien I believe you may have gotten the bug now!
  5. Very sharp copies, congratulations! Particularly loving that Scream 9!
  6. That special does in deed look like a bargain buy, patience paid off!
  7. Happy to add a stack to the Vampi pile but seriously bummed that the PO managed to drop this double boxed package so hard on one corner that it dinged the corners of several books. I can't really blame the seller, he double boxed them. Just po'd because they were great deals at the grade they used to be in The number one problem I’ve had buying mags through the mail over the years! I think the post office hates me
  8. This commission is spectacular! She’s mesmerizing and I’m under her spell.
  9. Definitely the most universally recognized image of Vampirella.
  10. Fantastic piece, and a classic Enric image. When I see this piece it always seems so familiar, as though he may have done something else with that reference photo, or maybe published as a paperback or some other media in the US. Thanks for the added info on the paint over areas, that makes good sense.
  11. That’s a great collection he left you there! From what I can see, if there is no hidden damage, a value of at least $4k. I don’t know what kind of information you’re seeking, but I have a fair bit of knowledge about these.
  12. With the long water tide lines, I would be in the 4.5 range. Wonderful looking book though.
  13. Today’s piece will wrap it up until I have new Spanish art pieces to share. I have pictures of a couple of others up that I traded, but I’m going to leave those out for anyone else who has them now might want to share the images. My collection pales by comparison to many others out there. This piece is right up there among my favorites, and some days, the top of the list. I hope Darkga might want to pick up from here, as I know he’s got some great Spanish pieces.
  14. That’s an odd one. I remember that selling in the Heritage European auction for a triple record price, which was odd as it wasn’t a published piece. Then it’s been out there for sale almost since it was purchased at a price that probably won’t be attainable for awhile, but I guess who knows.
  15. While I do enjoy Sanjulian‘a work overall, the truth is, I’m not wild about this one. I had ordered another piece and this one was sent instead. Long story short, I have it. However, I have included it as someone else may like it more, eye of the beholder and all.
  16. The Art of Enric book from FPG was a long wait during Covid, but I was pleased when it arrived and below is the painting that I chose with the limited edition.
  17. I worked with the agent to arrange the subject of the commissions, and other pieces have been picked up in auctions and from dealers. The commissions can be a bit of a lengthy process, but overall smooth and rewarding for me.
  18. So do you prefer the “clenched or unclenched” mode?
  19. Enric painted several exceptional Vampirella covers that do not include the Drakulonian at all. The #35 cover has always been intriguing with the evidence of what has happened all there for you to see, as she beckons you, you’re compelled, but nervous about her intentions. The great image makes you need to know more. I commissioned this pencil recreation some years ago.
