I say its first appearance.

Shadows on one page and 2 panels on the last page.

I was just at 2 walmarts by my house and they both had at least 20 to 25 comic packs. 

No i didnt buy any

First Ep of Season 3 is already 10 times better then all of season 2.

Season 1  Grade B minus

Season 2 Grade F just soo bad

I didnt know Malibu Ultraverse and Now Comics had newsstands never seen them before until now.

Im not sure the Dark Shadows is a newsstand.

Secret Wars #2 (2015) is heating up.

These are pertinent as to whether it's actually an appearance or not. 

 

ETA: I don't like the term "cameo", I'd prefer either using "1st brief appearance" or "1st full appearance" (or "1st cover appearance" for a major character like Wolverine or Dr. Strange, etc.)

I'm not giving the character i'm talking about because sometimes that changes peoples opinions depending on what issue they have.

My personal opinion is that both are first appearances whether they talk or not.

Appears in 11 panels says nothing.
