    Yeah, I guess I agree. Adventure 40 was always considered a GA key, but I don't know if there is a GA hero deader than the original Sandman. So I guess even a rag of a Tec 31 beats it. This.

Trace said it would probably be 6.0 to 7.0. Having it in hand I would probably agree with him. I am not planning to slab it right now. I love how it looks in a nice Mylar.

    Detective Comics or just Batman? They frequently have new vintage books every now and then. Owner's name is Jud. Nice guy to talk to. He told me he once sold multiple GA keys maybe last year with the highlight being a Pep 22 unrestored mid grade. This is good to know for sure. I will be sure to check with them.

    Last I know, Eric Roberts, the son of the billionaire owned it and he was showing it off on his website along with his other incredible books but I don't know what happened to it. I wish Eric Robert's website was still up and running. He has some beautiful books.

    I just received my Tec 33 back from getting restored. I cannot be happier with the results. Here are the before and after pictures. Previously, it was a CGC 1.0.
