  1. Wow that is an awesome run of Tecs. I hope one day I will have a collection like that!

Impressive. A complete pre-robin bat tec run. Very rarely seen these days.

must've run you a truckload of green. Well done!

For some of them, yes. But a good percentage were purchased in the late 90s/early 2000's.

See AnkurJ, I told you that you should post a group shot. (thumbs u

  2. Well there ya go. Tec 29 in 1.5 just sold for $30,029. $20k a point. Now we're talking.

No. It is not a 20K/ point book. The 31 sold for 43K, is that it's new ppp? No to that also.

+1 A lot more people in the shallow end of the pool than in the deep end.

Also I'm sure we'll see the C-1 Tec 37 in a blue holder soon at auction so that price not a big surprise.

I totally agree that a blue holder is the future for that Tec 37.

  3. The Can.GA DCs are smaller, lacking a story, sometimes the one featured oñ the cover.

I collect them, but pay significantly less due to the missing content.

Sorry Rick, thought I'd open my big mouth!

Thanks. (thumbs u This is very good information to know.

    Sounds about right

    Thanks guys.

  5. Hey G.A.tor,

I have heard that Canadian Edition GA DCs generally go for about 1/2 of their US counterparts. Does this sound about right to you? I thought there was a thread on it, but I cannot seem to locate it.

  6. You and me both :)

Yet another DC/WB fail that they're going to regret. I don't want to be negative Nelly, but that dream sequence flash with the facial hair.....and the convenience store sequence with the man-bun tanked every hope I had for the cinematic flash. Fail....fail...fail. Every instinct folks had about Jesse Eisenberg was true....he royally sucked balls. My spider-sense is telling me the same is going to happen with the big-screen Flash. Super-ultra-hyper-fail.

If I didn't know better I'd say Darkseid has been writing the screenplays and choosing these actors in a convoluted plot to destroy the Justice League.

  7. I am reading American Gods by Neil Gaiman. I am over halfway through, and I am really enjoying it. Whether it is comics or novels, Gaiman is a really great writer imo. (thumbs u

American Gods is great. I read it while at Boy Scout Camp with my son, and it was fun to realize I was very near to the supposed site of one of the scenes (The World Tree).

    Very very cool

I recommend the 10th anniversary edition - fun book. Stardust is still my favorite Gaiman novel though.

Stardust is on my list nex to pick up. I am really glad I picked up the 10th anniversary edition.
