Yet another DC/WB fail that they're going to regret. I don't want to be negative Nelly, but that dream sequence flash with the facial hair.....and the convenience store sequence with the man-bun tanked every hope I had for the cinematic flash. Fail....fail...fail. Every instinct folks had about Jesse Eisenberg was true....he royally sucked balls. My spider-sense is telling me the same is going to happen with the big-screen Flash. Super-ultra-hyper-fail.

If I didn't know better I'd say Darkseid has been writing the screenplays and choosing these actors in a convoluted plot to destroy the Justice League.

Frank appears to be busy with a plethora of different projects, methinks that has something to do with the hiatus as well.

Not sure Steppenwolf is the way to go IMHO. He's an obscure villain even for the most hardcore comic fan. It seems like a total reach.....AND he looks nothing like he does in the comics as well. Someone better slap some sense into Snyder.

Does anyone else think the choreographed fight scenes on Arrow are: 1) Really fake looking. 2) Really repetitive.?

 

Sometimes I can see the pulling back or villains who could clearly strike look frozen but I liked

Arrows fighting for the most part. I also think you gotta take into account the limited production time they have compared to a movie like say Civil War where the fight scenes are incredible.

Point taken. But if I see one more cartwheel kick I'm gonna throw up.

You guys can say what you want....but the team of Barbiere and Mooneyham rocks! I'm in for any ride they can dream up.

I hear Peachy is going to play a central role in IW.

So Zoom steals Barry's speed force......isn't he still dying at a cellular level? How is that a permafix? Seems like he's just junking out....getting a temporary fix.

Having said that....they knew Zoom was sick.....why not leave the breaches closed for awhile....let Zoom stew and get weaker?

You think Barry would have mustered up some common sense by now but I guess that would be less dramatic.

Here's one thing nobody can dispute dispite their reactions to BvS....people are still talking about it.

PT Barnum had it right: "I don't care what the newspapers say about me as long as they spell my name right."

I personally felt let down by the movie in a huge way. I am equivocal about the DCCU going forward and I'm about the biggest DC fan there is.

I do hope that the criticism finds the right ears and whoever is in charge takes the right steps to correct the issues. It's quite possible that cutting the film down from 4 hours may have enabled alot to be lost in translation, but I'm done getting pumped about future installments until I see the brass tax or at least the R-rated director's cut.

For being one of the most fun and down to earth writers contributing here on the boards....Wiebe gets a pass in my book.

Bring it back if you can Kurtis, you've got undeniable talent.

Those 9.8 thought bubbles are still worth collecting....there's so few in that grade....SS even more so.
