This has been an ongoing problem that mostly happens on weekends.  Web help is aware, and as of yet, has not been able to fix the issue.  I will I will either bump an old e-mail or send a new one, and mention the frustration our customers are experiencing with this issue.

Your forgot but hey the new price increase should resolve this issue because CGC is putting more $$$$ into our IT infrastructure.

People have no idea how many clowns entered the hobby over the past five years just looking to make money in any way possible.

    Hacking up restored books? Check.

    Badly pressing comics? Check.

Cleaning using chemicals that CGC may not catch? Check.

Peroxide baths to lighten covers and interior pages that CGC may not catch? Check.

I honestly trust raw comics bought on eBay from random sellers over slabbed from dealers/auctions houses at this point. Much higher chance they are not yet molested.

How exactly does one molest a comic?

Stroke the spine then stab a hole in it?

Fondle the corners then clip one off?

Speak to it softly before you slowly start misting, I mean drowning it so that it "Loosens Up" those fibers?

  3. 12/21/22 submission of a Reholder.

    Returned 4/19/23

    4 months for a reholder,

And with this new price increase that improvement in turnaround times will go right out the window so line up those "Fast track" checks for the ready.  Put Mo Money in their pockets.

CGC has basically gone the route of "using no rubbers".  They love the smell of burning rubber and screaming submitters.

Been catching up on everything I've missed over the past few months and I recently read about what happened to you and was going to PM you.   A similar story was told at work by someone who knew someone who was robbed and I mentioned your incident.  We wondered if these storage facilities have wifi and if so, is it possible to set up a ring doorbell or similar device on the inside of the unit facing the entrance.  The camera would trigger the second the door was opened or entered the unit.

The public storage I was using did not have Wifi so even if I wanted to put camera's in I couldn't.
