So after a long amount of waiting, it's looks as I'll have a small area to display some things. Looking for some tips on displaying your stuff (comics, posters, action figures, statues etc) in a confined space. It's not a comic room but you gotta start somewhere right?

+1 For a 15 year anniversary it's definitely underwhelming so far. I remember last year Supergirl and Legends cast were booked but all cancelled last minute so maybe they're hesitant about something similar happening. I still think Supergirls cancellation had to do with the fact that at the time the show was in Limbo as it wasn't picked up for season 2 by CBS nor had the CW acquired its rights yet.

I have to mention my sister seeing this. She knows how much of a comic fan I am, she told me she deliberately scheduled her wedding the weekend before SDCC this past year.

Can I also just say how sad I am about the Justice League Cameos. Read somewhere that they looked like youtube videos. I was hoping for something far better, even if they weren't going to interact with anyone. The "sadffleck" meme does have me feeling sorry for the guy, I thought he did a good job as Bats only to dragged down by the majority of the reviews. Zach Snyder seems committed to recycling his content/techniques. Unfortunately they don't carry the same weight they once did. I think Time Warner needs to seriously rethink this and hand over the reins to a different Director. As much as I like Snyder, he should not be directing Justice League, this movie would seem to support that.

Id say this movie was average at best and that's heart breakingly sad. In my opinion, those of use who said Eisenberg was a poor choice for Lex Luthor have been proven right. I also think Wonder woman could have been amazing but her casting choice was poor as well. Surprisingly, I think Affleck did very well as Batman. While I think that financially this film will be deemed a success, that is attributed mainly to the hype that was built up (kudos on a great marketing campaign). I think this movie could have and should have been better, much better. I'm very curious to see how this will all play out because if the reviews continue to be negative, I'd be surprised if they kept Snyder on board for Justice League. Unless this financially bombs, which I highly doubt, Justice League and the rest of the DC slate will continue forward but I think the writers/directors may be changed. Snyder is a good director but he either got lazy or ran out of ideas as most of this film was stuff we already saw in his other movies. Regardless, I think that Snyder directing Justice League does not look good right now, and Time Warner SHOULD switch it up. Snyder certainly didn't help this film, I don't want to see him harm JL.

Forgive me, I'm a little late to this discussion but is there any word on those of us still in limbo with him? Is tysalazar57 our best option?

Strengthens my bets with Jsilverjanet that most non-Batman/Superman DC movies won`t break box office records. But I digress, and will save it for another thread. I believe the first movie up in that bet is Suicide Squad. I feel very confident. of all the trailers I saw, Suicide Squad was least impressive. Personally don't like where they appear to be going, especially with Harley. The Wasp looks like she will be a kick character. DC ruined WW for me so until Ms Marvel comes up, I'll hope Wasp can live up to the hype. Batman vs superman looks great, but then I see Gal Gadot and it's a serious let down. Saw the FF trailer at Ant-Man and boy did that look horrible. We need to boycott Sony's mediocrity just because we like the characters. Let Sony lose a couple (hundreds of) millions then they'll stop putting out this garbage and the rights will go back to Marvel where they belong. THEN and ONLY THEN will we fans get the FF and Spidey movies we're desperate to see. What Sony did and is doing again to FF is criminal.

I still cannot believe the prices surrounding this issue. Is it really THAT rare? 1:50 doesnt seem to be that crazy of a ration. Also don't most modern books tend to drop in price as the time passes? That certainly is not the case with this issue. Can someone please help me out? Personally I love the cover and would definitely get a copy, just not for the prices I'm seeing.

I've not really been satisfied with either canary in this show, but Laurel much less so. Laurel has consistently been the worst part of this show for me. I'm very glad they've at least sort of realized this and made felicity the main female lead. I was hoping that introducing Laurel's sister as Canary meant Laurel was expendable. Sadly I was wrong. And yes the current Canary looks awful. Agreed, Sarah would have been the better canary by far. Both by looks and skill (as depicted by acting) Also her Canary Scream is too gimmicky for me. I liked it better when the Scream was from a device. If they kept it like that, I would have been happy. It looks dumb to watch her do that canary scream. For all the good that Arrow is, there are still some parts which are very difficult to watch and some characters who would serve the show better by being off of it.

Beanpole aside, the wig just makes her look like a strung out "him" I can't get over the fact that she seriously looks horrendous with that wig

I've watched the show long enough that I cannot stay quiet any longer. Laurel as Black Canary looks like a transvestite. That blond wig they have her wearing is ungodly hideous. I don't know what the costume people were thinking or how they haven't noticed it yet. Laurel without the wig doesn't look half bad, bud with that stupid wig, ugh. I can't make an apt comparison other than saying that the current Canary looks like a cracked out cross dresser. Anyone else notice? Again, just Laurel as Black Canary with that awful wig.
