I know at the Toronto Con this weekend he's only doing 2... So I don't think he's planning on doing a ton. How to you contact him? And does anyone know what he charges? $100. Thanks! I don't have a preference. I've read the thread with protective sleeves and stuff, but I just want something to protect my comic and look good while doing it. Haha

Is there anywhere to buy this stuff not in bulk? I have an ASM 14 that I bought trimmed, so I don't want to get it graded. On the other hand, I don't need 25-50 of everything you listed

As a collector im only CGCing key Bronze and Silver and Golden... i dont get it about slabbing moderns...in 50 years they will still be worth nothing (not all of them but the majority) but god bless CGC and America i dont see any purpose of preserving a brand new book as opposed to Gold and Silver and Bronze... of course there are always exceptions Because some people who collect moderns and slab them don't want them to look like a lot Bronze, Silver, and Golden age comics after 50 years.

Just received my NWM 9.8. It arrived SUPER fast and it GREAT condition! AAA+++

Modern FT submission: Received 4/22 Graded 5/07 Grading/Quality Control 5/08 On the 12th business day. Hopefully it'll be shipped soon.

So, based on that, the CBLDF is basically selling now for the cost of the book + grading fees + shipping to and from CGC? No. That was just the last sale. The two sales before that were $100 each. The prices seem to be fluctuating around $80 or so not including shipping.

Nope. I'm trying to start collecting NWM 9.8s, but there is no registry yet. I requested it in the thread about a week ago, so we'll see.

I, for one, am glad for the dip. I wish there wasn't a break, but at the moment I'm able to buy 9.8s for my collection since I started reading after it became popular. Hopefully I can complete my run before the TPB releases and prices creep back up.

I like it because it's cool, good art, good story. But, I respect the nay-sayers. It's tons-o-fun to see where the dust settles Think Tank over erthing. But in reality I think issue #4 was weak, so now people are reflecting back on issue #1-3 and picking out the problems. THINK TANK NWM is a great series, but we live in a love/hate, black/white, on/off, in/out comic universe where things change quickly. Since NWM 3-4 came out, Jupiter's Legacy, Ten Grand, EoW, and other titles have come into the fold. It's easy to for the focus to shift elsewhere when you are not in people's faces all the time. Saga has built a huge following, so I'm not worried about the break till August. But what about Todd? What about Bedlam? I don't think #4 was weak, but I did want to find out what's up with the dude on the plane (teeth). Looking forward to #5 I agree with Ryan. I think reading 1-4 in one sitting was awesome. Issue #4 made me want to read the next even more. I don't think it was weak at all.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think the kids are the horsemen reborn. I believe in issue #1, It said that they had to be reborn (I assume they died or something), so I think the kids are in the present now. But that's IMO.

I believe you're right, only the cover with the O was ever printed... they never did the M, I, or T. As for NWM, why does it feel like it's taking forever for issue #5 to drop Because it is The release has been pushed back a few times. I know. My sarcasm was just poor I guess... Ahh I got you
