What happened?!

Did CGC take responsibility for it?

I feel like i might be headed that direction, tbh (slab free). I do like the restoration check CGC performs though, and with signed books, it's incredibly important to know that it is 100% authentic.

How would damage occur to a book that didn't move (and i don't mean shipping)? Isn't SCS caused exactly by movement of the book itself?

If that's the case (no pun intended), then it seems like a flawed design. After-all, isn't one of the main points of a slab to protect the comic?

It really would be! Yes! He and Keith Giffen created Rocket, and his creation was heavily inspired from the Beatles song Rocky Raccoon.

I wondered that too, but I doubt it since I'm pretty sure he doesn't own any of the rights. I could be wrong though.

I recently finished this 1985 mini series written by Bill Mantlo. I gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised by how fun this read was. It was wacky, original, and entertaining. They say Mantlo was one of the best writers of this era, and I can totally see why. Weird to think that I probably never would have read this, or would even know who Rocket was if it wasn't for GOTG. What an underrated character/mini series. As a side note, it's good to see recent pictures of Mantlo smiling at the (depressing) rest home he lives in.

There's a 7.5 that sold for 4K. Craziness.

Saw PS tonight. It was incredibly disappointing. Not scary (some creepy parts, but mostly jump scares), jumbled writing, and I wish they never switched roles. Really dumb ending too. The acting was good, and Church was my favorite part of the entire movie. I'll give it 4 out of 10.

Returns are rare for me as well, but If I have to accept a return on a 5K book, that's a $150 hit that I don't want to deal with. There's gotta be more competition.
