Definitely not in mint condition. I tried ordering some books from Hastings online last month and had to return them. They ship everything in boxes much too large for comics with no kind of protection at all. The books showed up looking like they'd been in a car wreck.

But I'm pretty sure if TATs were in line with promised times, graders notes were free, slabs didn't have puddling, etc., there would be a lot LESS complaining people.
