Great looking book and so hard to find!!!! I would know about the 1.0 as I am the owner . This is a great price I am very surprised it's still here I mean look at that cover folks it doesn't get too much cooler than that does it?? The yellow on this copy really Pops!!

Yeah I ended up the underbidder Thought about tossing in a crazy high bid just to secure it but sometimes you end up paying dearly for that. I tossed in just under what the last CGC 2.5 went for and came up short. The hunt continues hehe!!

Since it's been getting so WEIRD around here if no one minds i will post the only 3 i have been lucky enough to snag.

absolutely nothing wrong with and that sounds pretty similar to what I have as well. I've always considered the collection to be, "in progress" so as long as the ones you do have put a smile on your face I would say you are doing A-OK ?

Mr Parker is ready for the postseason look at that LINEUP!!!!!! I have been an avid late issue collector first but i've definitely been persuaded as each time i see these early issues i like them more and more and these copies are simply stunning well done BP love seeing em'!!!

Great Run Rick I look very much forward to this as I did the Centaur thread!! I am in total agreement because what a fun run and I also tend to agree that #8 is the start of the great covers. The 3 sticks out in the first 7 issues imo because it has the woman in peril and a robot and who doesn't like that. After and including issue 8 almost all the covers include the woman in peril or WWII theme which are so sought after in the GA market because lets face it they are just flat out cool. The other part of this run and this era of of MLJ in general is some of those splash pages they are just too neat. I don't eat popcorn but if I did I would have a bag right now
