Bill very kindly let me look through all the books last night , and yes, many of them have white pages, most are at least off-white to white. Amazing preservation on them. Not only that, but most have a lot of cover gloss too. It was quite a thrill to flip through them. I can't wait to see what else Bill digs up!

Wow, awesome book, Bill! What's not to love about this book? One of the nicest GL covers. 2nd GL appearance. Larson copy. High grade. Bright colors. Yellow and green striped socks. This one's got it all!

That's not really a good comparison at all. Wolverine appears in 1 teaser panel at the end of the story in Hulk 180. Wonder Woman has her own 9 page story, with origin, called "Introducing Wonder Woman" in All-Star #8.

Does More Fun 51 trump 52? It's been well established that ads and next issue teasers do not constitute 1st appearances.

I prefer All-Star #8. It's the only one of the three that I own, and was actually the first GA key that I ever bought. Hard to believe I've had it for 20 years now! I don't think the cover is that great on the All-Star 8, but I do think the 1st appearance trumps every other comparative measure. The Sensation cover is, well, sensational, and it's the 2nd appearance of Wonder Woman, plus it's got the 1st appearance of Wildcat, so I think it's a pretty desirable book. Wonder Woman 1 is nice, but not as important to me. So I'd rank them: All-Star 8 Sensation 1 Wonder Woman 1

Couple of nice books to return home to!

Very very nice example. May be lower grade, but thats a fine book regardless of any number. PQ and all! There's a small stain on the back cover, and CGC tends to hammer that. But that little stain makes the book affordable to me!

Thanks. I try not to be too concerned with the technical grade so long as the book looks nice. For instance, the AA61 looks like a 7.5 or 8.0 from the from the front. It's knocked down to a 5.5 because of a half inch tear on the bottom edge of the back cover. But it those kinds of minor defects that keep otherwise nice books affordable!
