Sorry for the mishap everyone! I'm not lookin' for trouble!
No mishap. All good. You posted a book, another boardie claimed it. All is right in the world.

The universe is glad there has never been a thread where you, me and @Ricksneatstuff were all gunning for stuff. Would be awesome, but might melt the servers. Cheers buddy.
Don’t cross the streams.

Agreed. You're all tops!
Stay away from my high grades!
No mess, high grades are tough for this title. I’ve been on missile-lock for years and average just about a FN for my set.
-
@TheFifthHorseman, I’d like to make a request for issues 7, 18, 20, 23, 30, and 32 in grade. Please comply. ;-)

Oh, I know. I am all too familiar with Mr. Baker's insatiable appetite for the Briefer.
I dig ‘em, I dig ‘em. I remember the days when I was able to snag FN or better copies off the ‘Bay for like $30. Simpler times. Then the title blew up.
I still owe @Comcav for alerting me to a Metro honeypot a couple years back.

How many more of these bad boys are you planning to list?

Of course Prize. Is there any other??
...Shouldn’t be, but some folk like that Bronze stuff.

The Prize series? I have plenty of love for those, if so.
[Edit] I see your Briefer tag, so question answered. Keen to see what you’ve hoarded.

This book is awfully tough. So, so difficult in grade. Took me years to find a decent copy. This, All-Flash 32 and Green Lantern 30 are three of my favorites and are silly challenging in FN or better.

If my research is correct, this set would only contain one book. Am I mistaken?
I can't build sets that only have one book in it. Is there anyway that I can group this book with others for you?
How about putting the '44 Timely with the Miss America Magazines (which start at #2, I believe - photo cover of Miss America) and then the others that flip back to comic format (Patsy Walker Starring in Miss America)? 83 issues in total, I think.

I may have had something to do with that!
*shakes fist at @TheFifthHorseman*
...But I’m done with my run now, so keep doing what you do.

Anyone catch this?
Finally some love for Frankie!
Yep, though I have a copy, I thought about making a run at that. Nice looking copy of a tough book. Frank books have jumped in price in the last 24 months or so. Three years ago, I was able to track down nice copies at a good value. They’re tough to find now and deals are unlikely.

No "mega books" for me this year. I was able to finish off three runs, though.
- Golden Age Green Lantern - all FN or better with no restoration; this was pretty tough, actually
- Prize Frankenstein - no restoration; outside of one issue that's a (way-under-graded) 3.5, all are 5.0 or better
- Space Westerns - small run, but I really dig the set
'Twas a good year.

That’s beyond surprising. Wow.

I did get a #10. And then I got another #10. And then I sold the first to @Comcav.
I completed the run back in the fall. I’ve slept more soundly since.
