Enjoyed both episodes.
Happy to see:
- Pizza dog
- Tracksuit gang, bro
There is always the question of damage done to a female in a fight. Was nice to see facial damage done to Kate, but I am sure there would be a lot of damage to the body from the body blows. It is based on a comic book, so we do take allow it.
They did slide in there that she was a 2-time fencing champion, has taken lots of archery training and competed, and also has martial arts training. So it seems like she has been working hard on all aspects to be like Hawkeye.
Liking what I've seen so far. Looking forward to the rest. Still like Loki and FAWS more so.

That Cobra Sigil cover is great! Congrats.
I got to meet Robert Atkins back in 2013! He was one of the reason I got back into collecting GI Joe. -

I just got the awesome G.I.Joe Special issue! Several years ago I met the awesome artist Scott Koblish at a comic con. He's the inker on the Special issue. I asked him to sketch a version of Snake Eyes similar to the cover image. I also thought "what if Storm Shadow was on an opposite ledge from Snake Eyes?" so I asked him to also create Stormy in this pose. It's amazing to see these all side by side! Mr. Koblish is a great guy too, very engaging and easy to talk to. I appreciate him and hope to meet him again one day. Now you know!
Those look great! Congrats!

Not having any other background on the movie, my wife and I watched and thoroughly enjoyed it. Did not feel like a 2 1/2 hour movie. We did have subtitles on which did help with the whispers for understanding. The visuals were outstanding.

Just finished watching this... and hmph.,.. not my Snake Eyes.
Things that I just didn't like:
SpoilerCalling him "Snakes"
The quick team-up Baroness and Scarlet and the whole "here, let me insert a new clip into your gun"
The complete deviation from all that made Snake Eyes, Snake Eyes.
Don't think he'd hit a woman.
Was amazing how "ninja-like" he became.
The putting on the signature mask was for no real reason other that a cool factor.
Did like some of the action scenes. Was entertained, kind of. Many plot holes. Not a great story.
Just don't understand why they can't just do something much closer to the source material. So much opportunity to do a military movie with aspects of Mission Impossible and Bond movies.
Overall, disappointing more so than I thought I'd be going in with lowered expectations.

Enjoyed it. Went it with low expectations because of how the first one went. Had it fun moments, along with some head scratching moments.
I though King Shark was awesome! Polk Dot's "mom issue" was great as well.
Did not realize Nathan Fillion was T.D.K. till the credits.

Very jealous. I am sure my original copy would have held up well. Made the mistake of selling my collection long time ago. Now trying to reacquire. The 21 I was able to get is at best a 2.0. Lots of indentions from a pen or something. Hoping to get a better version, but will have to wait as well. Seems GI Joe comics are a hot commodity right now.

Bought a bunch of ASMs from Joe. Was fantastic to talk to and the books were just as expected. Well packed when shipped as well. Will keep an eye on any future sales threads he may have.

Both are fantastic reads. I think Invincible was better but Saga was great.
Would agree with this. I just finished Saga trades a week or so ago. Was really good. I've read Invincible twice already, and wouldn't be oppose to reading it a third time or more.

In doing some rearranging of my comics in the last year (switching from long boxes to short boxes), I discovered that I somehow am missing issue 30 from my collection. I am hoping that I somehow misplaced it (there are a few others that were seemingly misplaced and not found yet) rather than not realizing I don't have it all these years.
I have the complete run (minus #30 - wherever it may be) and bought it at the time they came out. So definitely one of those who took a shine to Darkhawk as soon as he came out.

I can do the same.
I sold my original collection (not sure if it was complete or not), but trying to reacquire nonetheless.
