  1. My vote would go for X-Men the original series. Well over 100 issues Iconic characters and villians Huge cultural significance The origin story is great and the underlining being outcast theme is very compelling.
  2. Is this the one? X-Men Issue 94 - Dan Cockrum - | HPB
  3. This is the same thing that's happened in the music industry. Digitally enhanced art is akin to autotune, taking away much of the nuance and imperfections that make both artforms great.
  4. I had a girlfriend that looked just like this...and then I woke up Nice artwork!
  5. He was in my favorite TZ ep...'The Silence'.
  6. Good tune..the performer is Anna Lynne Williams. Also like the Hank Williams tune mid episode.
  7. I wrote a reply to this thread about the diabolic reasons for the disappearances but it was erased
  8. I did like the way this ep addressed the issue with old gas and having to change it quickly. I don't think WD ever really said anything about it.
  9. How about some classic 1st issue marvel covers (XM 1, FF 1, DD1, etc..)
  10. Ep 4 wasn't my favorite thus far...a bit too predictable, but still good. It felt more like what actual "civilization" would be if something like this occured in real life.
  11. Watch the first and last parts (Boseman tribute scenes) and skip the rest.
  12. I agree with most here that it was an inferior movie to the first one. While I had a number of gripes with it, my biggest was with the actor playing Namor. I can see him being good in some other type of movie, but not in this part. And the bearded look was completely wrong. The tributes to Boseman at the beginning and end were the best parts. 3/10
  13. Do you have to prove with receipts, etc., what you originally paid for the item? How does it work if you've had books for a long time and no proof of what you paid?
  14. I would like to give a big shout out to MCS! When I decided to sell a large chunk of my collection. I was going to manage the process myself through ebay. Thankfully a fellow boardie ( @The_Beyonder ) suggested using MCS for the daunting task and I decided to do just that. It has been a month now and so nice not to have to deal with ebay and shipping/handling. I have been very pleased with the ease of process and highly recommend their services! Also a big shout out to @Ryan. for his help in getting the books to MCS!
