Difference is the ih 181 has the piece still. This book is missing it entirely. The ih presents way nicer than the two gun kid. IMO the two gun kid should be a .5 or 1.0 at best

Dang. I went 1.5 and 9.6. I haven’t submitted books for a few years. IMO more strict now. I submitted a detective 1 new 52 rrp once and thought for sure a 9.0. Black border on that book. Had good size spine stress and came back 9.6.

I recently picked up over 100 slabs and figured I’d give Boardie’s first crack at them. Some rules: PayPal is preferred but let me know if need to use other method. We post several pictures of each book or item for sale. I assign a grade and point out any defects. I will not buy from any comic seller that doesn’t assign a grade to a book. Very hard to tell condition from pics.

I’m pretty sure you’re right. I’ve had two hos 92’s. Can’t seem to hang onto them. Weird book.

All slabs ship in resealable Mylar bags. I buy them pretty cheaply in bulk. I do local shows and eBay and collect also. A slab with scratches sucks. I think customers appreciate the bags. As far as raw books most get bagged and boarded. Keys get shipped in mylars. If I’m selling a bulk lot of say 25-100 books I will sometimes put all raws in a treasury size bag well taped. I do disclose in the listing that the books aren’t individually bagged or boarded. Customers are happy as long they know in advance.

I just sold my 9.0 on eBay last night for 3k. I think I’m going to regret it long term. I’ll try and get a raw f/vf raw for my collection.
