    As a big xmen fan I definitely consider these books top 5 most important/coolest to own. Xmen 1, hulk 181, giant size 1, xmen 94 and xmen 12. Thoughts ?

    Thanks Sean and the people's at scorpion comics (aka nycomics) for taking ny books for todd and romita. For refrence if anyone is wondering how it worked: I went to cgc booth first...had then witness conway sign my spidey 129, then they came with me to nycomics and witness me handing my book to them to be mailed to romita so I'll have both sigs. Very cool!

    Lots of people talking about this one on line at the j scott campbell nycc signing. We had lots of time to talk because some guy of course had about 50 books to be signed. Same guy was at front of line later on for francesco mattina with another stack lol. Campbell was super nice and friendly and always signs well and in great places. Was glad to have him sign my spidey 601. Also very nice that he signs 1 book for free.

    If it was those books or hulk 181 I would take 181 any day if I was trying to make money. If it was for my collection I would keep what I really liked and whatever else I knew i could sell and not miss i would sell and then get the best copy I could afford with that money plus some cash.

    I just sold my 5.0 with small amount of pen on cover for 960.00 in addition to nm walking dead 6, 16, and 17, a cgc 9.4 tales of suspense cap book, and a statue to upgrade to cgc hulk 181 7.0 for about 1700. I felt I better upgrade now before it's too late. Ended up only paying 100 bux. I highky recommend this.

    Why is that book only a 2? it looks nice. I have stan Sig on an amazing fantasy 15 but only because it was low grade and on that book people pay more with the signature in the low grades. Same with xmen 1...my brother has a 1.8 signed and people pay more for it that way.

    Comic has gotten boring to me. I stopped collecting them...will still read on youtube tho I guess for now. I miss the governor lol.

    My plan for fun...share yours too. Saturday and sunday. Signatures series through nycomics...spiderman 50 and 300 (romita and mcfarlane). Cgc blue: spidey 14, 129 Cgc yellow: uncanny avengers 1 adi granov scarlet witch variant. Raw signatures: louise simonson on xfactor 6. Mattina on venom 150. Alex saviuk on a maximum carnage book... jerome opena on some uncanny xforce. Uncanny xforce 1 crain variant signed by louise simonson, fabian nicesia, and Chris Claremont adding to the other sigs it already has. Waste an hour and 100+ bux for the wife to get a sons of anarchy worthless photo (sigh) Upgrade my hulk 181 cgc 5 to a 7. Other than that walk around and enjoy everything about the con except the crowds. A question...worth it to get romita Sig on the spidey 129 or get it blue label? It's about a 7.0. Tight budget and keeping it for myself.

    I think the venom variant will do well. Alot of venomized stuff goes up. Not sure if I want to buy these at the con or not.

    Yes! Some of my 9.6 look better than some of my 9.8. And saved a lot of money on them so I can get more keys. I also like buying a 9.6 better than a raw someone claims is a likely 9.8 because it probably won't be. 9.4 I can always see defects but not some 9.6. I also owned a cgc 10.0 and one of the corners wasn't perfect imo.

    Why dont all the people on the artist alley list appear on the comic guests list? I wouldn't have known adi granov is going if I had not looked over both. Also, they have the walking dead people on the tags every year but it's always the same....a panel. I wish they would have some of them do autographs for the fans instead.

    Yes he won't ever be there in person again but sometimes they take your comic and bring it to him for you. I guess this year it couldn't be arranged.

    I confirmed no stan on phone with nycomics. Bummer but still looking forward to the others and I have lee twice anyway. Getting Asm 50 and 129 romita...300 mcfarlane..and 361 bagley. Maybe a raw by mattina as well. Good lineup they have.
