I'm indifferent about him playing GL, but this has just gotten desperate.

I've been rewatching the series on Netflix the last few months. I had originally stopped around season 6 when it first aired. I never was ok with the direction they took after the first movie. It took me forever to get through season 7. Just dreadful. Season 8's going a bit better.

Now those are sweet.

The last time I responded to somebody's WTB thread, I offered to sell them a hard to find book they were looking for at almost exactly the price they said they'd pay. They said that was way too much. It's hit and miss. If you're looking for something, post. Increasing your odds of finding something is never a bad thing.

I'll never understand their desire to make the tv and movie worlds completely separate. Especially when many of the actors on both sides seem happy to play their characters in any capacity. And DC didn't seem too concerned about interference when they announced a different movie Flash shortly after the premiere of the tv show.

I'd be extremely surprised if that happened. Marvel is all about getting directors that'll play ball (Ant-man for example). From everything I've read on Unbroken, the studio did some serious edits to make it commercial. I really can't see her falling in line with the Marvel way.

On all my subs I've only gotten an email twice. Both times was the coupon submissions. Yeah, when I was a paying member, I've obviously gotten an email. My non-member subs, I haven't. -slym I'm a paying member. When I get the email from them, it's generally after the books have already gotten to me. So it's pretty pointless regardless.

I still think it's ridiculous to not connect their tv and movie properties.

All the talk of putting him on HOS for things he might do is clouding the issue. He should be on it for things he's already done.

Seriously. Hustrucker is clearly reading this thread, and the reason he barely responds is because every time he does, it's more lies that are quickly debunked. The proof has been shown, the poll has been taken. I'm not sure what is the hold up to adding him to HOS

This. The board did make a decision, and he should be added to the HOS. If changes need to be made to the process or to the HOS/PL in general, great. But that's a separate issue.

Well, on the PL until he makes a behind the scenes deal to get off of it. Something, no one seems to want to acknowledge can very easily happen. For real. 4comix already stated he knew he was shady and dealt with him anyway. What's to stop hustrucker from sending him a perk to get off the PL?

One thing that rubs my rhubarb is when people say "I am fairly positive" or similar (like "I think" or "I am pretty sure" etc. Would you like to be accused and convicted of something because another person was "fairly positive" or "thought" or was "pretty sure" you did something? I have seen this kind of "testimony" many times here, and more often than not it turns out to be either false or about someone else. This is why substantiated evidence as in posts, PMs etc. are asked for. Haha. Sure. Because judging by this thread, I'd only be accused and never convicted. I wouldn't be put on the list, because I've done nothing that could even be perceived as PL or HOS worthy. The hustruck discussion has been going on for a while. Besides from a few objections, I didn't see a big uproar before the poll started. Now, days and an overwhelming yes vote later, everybody voting yes is suddenly a mob and the doubts are more vocal. And now the new mob has won. We're not going to agree on this, and he's still on the PL list, so to me it's becoming a moot point. Put him on, don't put him on.
