No way any kind of lawsuit can go through, but I was wondering how bad this will hurt Marvel Studios films. Does the general public differentiate between Marvel studios and other Marvel based films from Sony and Fox, etc.? I sincerely doubt it. I think once people hear it sucks, they'll just ignore it and see Pixels instead. The Marvel logo is only attached to it very briefly and loosely. The people who care about the MCU understand the difference at this point. And "The people who care about the MCU" are not the majority. Like I said, does the general public know the difference between Marvel Studios films and Fox's Marvel films? Why wouldn't the general public know? Marvel/Disney has obviously made a lot of success interconnecting most of the movies. From that aspect alone, most would know. They also do a lot of 'from the studio that brought you' in trailers. I'd think the percentage of people who know the studios is greater than not.

Seriously. Buyer should have 30 days from date of receipt to initiate a return/refund, unless a longer time is agreed upon by both parties. After the 30 days from receipt, you're SOL for PL, regardless if the seller is willing to work with you.

I have a book out at cgc that I bought here in October '13. The back cover edge always looked a little suspect. If it comes back trimmed, should I expect some kind of reimbursement from the seller? Without time limits here, the arguments apply I should

I feel this still raises the question of how long the seller is responsible. Looking at his history, he hasn't posted since November '13. If the issue was brought to him shortly after purchase, it would be more suspect that he didn't respond. But to message him a year after purchase, and 6 months after he stopped posting (with nothing since)... Regardless of whether he should work with you on this, I'm not seeing the probation worthy aspect of it.

I'm not reading this thread much in case there're spoilers... but holy mess balls. Two episodes in and loving it. I think the Netflix deal will end up making the MCU so much more awesome than they could have expected. Love the darker tone. It's a welcome departure from the mostly sugar coated vibe of MAOS.
