    When I wrote I refuse to cancel the transaction for any reason, I meant before or after a deal was made. If you did not know that is what I meant, that is what I meant. I should not be on the PL list because of something that was out of my control.

    I never told 4comix that was the book or that I took that picture. I told him I never took a picture of the book and used that picture as an example of the damage.

    People have canceled on me after a deal was made I didn't make a big deal about it.

    I never used stolen photos I was given permission my the seller to use those pictures before I got the book.

    I never stole from anyone or even tried to.

    About 7 times I offered to give 4comix the next one I got to make it up to him if he was mad about what happened.

    I also don't know why I'm on the hos, I never scammed anyone and when I was accused of it I canceled and relisted everything just to prove a point.

    I was never given any chance to rectify any problem, even though I offered to.

    I admit I was selling this book before I had it in hand but that is the extent of it. I never thought there would be a problem because I had sent payment and was waiting for the book.

    If you will not accept the condition in my thread to absolve me of this then tell me what I have to do to get off the PL and HOS and I will do it.

    I am not the person toy guys are painting me out to be and I care a lot about this community and my reputation here.

    i don't get it? we're all willing to over look his shady actions based on technicalities? that's foolish ... there's countless stories on here about his buisness ethics, he hasn't even attempted to deny any of them because they are all true and he knows it. I posted a post about him on Instagram and about 10 more stories popped out the woodwork with in 10 mins. I'm new to the boards in a sence I don't post much but I run multiple businesses so I'm not new to dealing with people and money. Guys like him no matter what list you make or put him on are cancers and if not cut out immediately will spread, by allowing him to Wiesel out of the HOS on a technicality your encouraging other wiesels to take a shot at shady tactics. as I was once told on the boards "time is a flat circle" if you allow him back your opening pandoras box and history will repeat. just my 2 cents now back to the Cowboys game ?

     

    It was hard to wade through the posts to see it, but some people wanted actual pm/screen caps and such from you since you're the main nominator. If you could provide those, it would make his nomination a lot easier

    I certainly did not ask nor did I expect the poll to be deleted, I merely voiced my opinion after I thought a decision had ALREADY BEEN MADE...and

     

    after Metal PSI said something about Hustruck having 15 shills.

     

    I think the board voiced an opinion. My only problem was/is that I think we need to take more time before posting these polls/votes in the future. To me at least, the board made a decision. He should be added, if someone wants him off the list, there needs to be another poll.

     

     

    This. The board did make a decision, and he should be added to the HOS.

    If changes need to be made to the process or to the HOS/PL in general, great. But that's a separate issue.

    Beige lost money I believe because he cashed out early or something like that

     

     

    It seems the only mistake we made with HusTruck (and pay attention future HOSers) was that he didn't have a FDQ moment where he flipped off the entire board.

     

    I guess he's much smarter than we gave him credit for. He kept his mouth shut and ended up on the PL

     

    Well, on the PL until he makes a behind the scenes deal to get off of it. Something, no one seems to want to acknowledge can very easily happen.

     

    For real. 4comix already stated he knew he was shady and dealt with him anyway. What's to stop hustrucker from sending him a perk to get off the PL?

    The shilling has been proven. I don't have the patience to go through the 20,000 posts in this thread to find his posts, but I'm fairly positive he admitted to it when called on it last year, claiming ignorance. Then immediately did it again.

    Somebody with more of a stake is more than welcome to verify this. I wouldn't deal with him regardless of inclusion in the HOS (even tho I think he's deserving of it)

     

    The shilling was not proven, not admitted to. One thing that rubs my rhubarb is when people say "I am fairly positive" or similar (like "I think" or "I am pretty sure" etc.

     

    Would you like to be accused and convicted of something because another person was "fairly positive" or "thought" or was "pretty sure" you did something?

     

    I have seen this kind of "testimony" many times here, and more often than not it turns out to be either false or about someone else.

     

    This is why substantiated evidence as in posts, PMs etc. are asked for.

    The hustruck discussion has been going on for a while. Besides from a few objections, I didn't see a big uproar before the poll started. Now, days and an overwhelming yes vote later, everybody voting yes is suddenly a mob and the doubts are more vocal.

    And now the new mob has won.

    We're not going to agree on this, and he's still on the PL list, so to me it's becoming a moot point. Put him on, don't put him on. I just think there's enough shady business on his part to merit more than PL

    No. I understand the points against his nomination. But enough people think he deserves to be on the HOS list, for actual offenses.

     

    Please outline the actual offenses that violate the PL/HOS.

     

    You helped refine the offenses yourself. We just view the severity of them differently. (shrug)

     

    Below is your original HOS proposal. I have struck out the irrelevant points with a brief comment following in blue.

    I am nominating HusTruck to the Hall of Shame. He has exhibited several signs of being a scammer and a complete fraud on multiple occasions. He also exhibits several signs of sociopathic behavior.

     

    His first posts here included starting a thread accusing a store owner of "raping" him.

    This has no relevance to the HOS or PL.

     

    He showed his true colors and lack of ethics by admitting Sociology 101:If you can do something without getting caught you will.In that thread he was referring to another person. Regardless, this is neither PL or HOS worthy.

     

    He was caught shilling HERE and brushed it off with excuses about imaginary adversaries that were framing him HERE. Has the shilling been been proven? I saw a post or two shortlky after saying "He shilled" or similar but the only real response was Hustruck said he blocked the shill bidders and restarted the auctions.

     

    The term "HusTrucking", i.e. extreme lowballing, was coined and HusTruck joked about it while trying to lowball in a charity thread [unedited post] and further laughing about his lowballing actions. Is Hustruck saying "just be happy I didnt low ball you :roflmao:" grounds for HOS or PL?

     

    Very recently, he has issues with several long-standing seller to which he was almost nominated for the Probation List based on "PayPal Issues".

    Were these issues resolved? Is money still outstanding?

     

    This brings us to the most recent transgression which has finally landed him on the Probation List: The Hulk #181 Fiasco. In this instance, HusTruck listed a Hulk #181 and refused to show the label or include the certification number. This was because he was attempted to drop ship the book - i.e. purchase the book from eBay, list it here for a higher amount before he had paid for the book and use the funds from the sale here to pay for it while making a profit. However, the original seller of the book became weary when HusTruck once again began to have payment issues so the seller cancelled the deal. HusTruck now could not fulfill a sale of the book to a Board member so he stole images of a cracked case from another thread and tried to claim that the Hulk #181's case was cracked.

    This is the only substantiated incident. I would not call it HOS worthy. PL worthy yes as a resolution is possible.

     

    These examples of fraud, deception and sociopathic behaviors are also coupled with HusTruck's homophobic comments made on his eBay profile (if you don't read this, you're a homosexual) prove that he is a character lacking any moral fiber and deserving of the Hall of Shame. Again, hardly anything PL or HOS worthy. Conjecture, opinion, call it what you will. If a homophobic comment was grounds for HOS the list would be larger than the PL.

    I agree that there are actresses better suited for the role. But at least with a name like ScarJo's attached, it'll get a realistic budget - and hopefully not be a complete ratchet mess.

    I'd rather have the option of loving it or hating it when it comes out than no option at all.
