I haven't heard a peep I don't really expect to I think CGC will address this in public, not via PM with you. CGC is in discussions with the buyer I don't understand why they aren't in discussions with YOU. You're the guy that got hosed... They already came to an agreement with him. (thumbs u So it makes sense to be dealing with the new buyer. I suspect they will offer to replace the book with another book for the buyer. To get the book off the market. I highly doubt they will offer to buy it. Just my hunch. Do you really think CGC will eat the cost of that book by replacing it? Not a chance, and why do people think this book needs to be "taken off the market" ? It's a great book with or without trimming.

Ok....if you've identified a problem, propose a solution?? And apparently you can as the marketplace has accepted this since 1998 or whenever CGC was founded. I like grading too and it does add an unbiased element to the business/hobby; but I also realize there are inherent flaws within the same business/hobby. Most likely the biggest flaw it has is that it's not unbiased. Hard to believe that preferred customers don't get softer grading, which probably happened in this case. You do not want to anger your base. happy customer means repeat customer While that makes sense, I cannot prove that anymore than you can. If it were to be proven, the entire House of Cards would collapse. Very true. But it's standard practice in most businesses to give pref treatment to your best customers, I know I do it.

I got the same thing. Received on 2/3 Stuck at graded. Hope they get these out soon! +1. Same day and same boat here. My moderns were received 02/04 Shipped today Got some 9.8's! A Batman Adventures 12 9.8 and a Teen titans 44 9.8 rest were 9.6 with a Batman Advent 9.2

Mine is obviously a Dell but for some reason Dells, Gold Keys and golden age books are pretty tight in the slots. Must have really beat up the books when they were crammed in there back in the day. Regular silver and up, with a backing board, fit nicely in there.

Recently moved my workplace out to a garage extention freeing up the basement for my oldest daughter to claim. Moved my comic closet into another room to accommodate.
