  1. All Man, September 1960, 4.0. Very tough book with a classic cover by the immortal George Gross. $80 Sold to thehumantorch @50% off Back Cover:
  2. Real Men, December 1957, 5.0. Solid copy with great colors. I like the debate on Nudism. I dislike the idea of marrying a prostitute. $50 Back Cover:
  3. Man's World, Vol. 2, No. 2, March 1956, 7.0. Nice glossy copy, very tough to find in higher grades. Who knew Wyoming had such foxy pick-up girls? $70 Back Cover:
  4. Marvel Super Action 1, 7.0. Solid and tight with nice gloss and color. Early Punisher appearance. $60 Back Cover:
  5. Underworld Detective, January 1950, 4.0. Classic bondage cover with a man putting out his cigarette on the woman. A few pieces of tape here and there but still a completely solid copy. Very tough in any grade. $240 Back Cover:
  6. Dracula (UK), New English Library, Vol. 1, No. 5, 9.4+. This is one of the best covers of the run (by the Spanish master, Enrich) and very tough in very high grade. This book is exceptionally clean and bright with nice sharp corners. Unfortunately, my scanner isn't big enough to get the edges but it's plenty sharp. $120 Sold to Tupenny Conan Back Cover:
  7. Man's Life, Vol. 1, No. 6, September 1953, 7.0-7.5. Solid book with great colors and only minor wear. $75 Back Cover:
  8. Man's Life, Vol. 1, No. 1, November 1952, 4.5. The first issue of this iconic run of magazines. $90 Back Cover:
  9. Eerie 65, 8.5. I would grade this around 9.2-9.4 except for a 1/4” bindery tear at the top of the book. Some would call this production but I think 8.5 makes more sense. Otherwise, this book is very glossy and bright with a tough black cover. $45 Back Cover:
  10. Creepy 36, 9.4. Just a gorgeous copy of this key issue with an awesome Kenneth Smith cover and Richard Corben's first Warren work. One of my favorites of the run. $140 Sold to the man from The Lion's Den Back Cover:
  11. Eerie 67, 8.5. Another pretty copy with some bundle indents on top and bottom that don't break cover and a few other non-color breaking dents. $45 Back Cover:
  12. Eerie 74, 8.0. Great looking book with a small crease to the bottom corner and assorted other small imperfections. $30 Back Cover:
  13. I'll start new listings around 1:00 CST. In the meantime, I've posted a recap on the first page. If anyone is interested in something that's left, feel free to grab it for 25% off!
  14. At long last, Round 3 will commence today. I will be listing a wide selection of magazines, digests and paperbacks.
  15. Right? Who wants to advertise that they have substantial assets to be targeted by unsavory chumps? Hard pass.
  16. I've said this hundreds of times at this point- leave the book alone. It's been through enough already. If you leave it as is, I (and many others) might be interested in the future. If you decide to cut the book up, hard pass.
  17. I wouldn't call a book with even very minor staple tears or looseness a 9.6, no matter how nice the rest of the book was. If I were grading it, probably max grade would be a 9.2. Those staples are the only thing holding the book together. If one of those pulls, it's a steep dive down to 5.0 land.
  18. Feels like another "love the art, hate the artist" thread. I'm sure I'm in the minority, but I imagine that this is just one of hundreds of interactions this artist has had with people treating them like they're lucky to get a given commission. Really, who would get excited about drawing or creating something under those circumstances? I know I wouldn't.
  19. Agreed with all others, here, Tupenny. Those prices look about right to me. But that Dancing Sandwiches is a good deal. I still need one of those!
