  1. Hoping to turn this back into a sales thread. I must be crazy but let's do 20% off. I'm here to sell some books!
  2. You've been here for 10 minutes and now you're threatening legal consequences for people disagreeing with you on the internet? Wow. That's impressive.
  3. Great point. I wonder if @CGC Mike can move it to gold.
  4. Okay, I have to tell you, I looked at this a dozen times before I noticed you added the text. Pretty clever!
  5. It is inane. You keep starting threads with premises that are ridiculous. Most everyone here developed their knowledge of comics and the market through many years of buying, selling, and studying the history and trends. You seem to want a shortcut where everyone will tell you that hard earned knowledge. The problem is this: If you haven't gone through the years of study, or to say it another way- paid your dues, then people can give you the answer and you won't understand it. Instead of starting threads like "Have you ever looked at a comic and thought it should be worth more?", try sharing what you've found and what you like and why. That's a fan response and many here will be glad to engage you like that. If all you want to do is focus on the money and what will be worth more someday, you'll find many in this audience that are disgusted. Most of us are big fans of the medium. That's why we're here.
  6. Let's do 10% off of the last 2 books in this thread. If somebody wants both, I'll do the pair for $800.
  7. I'm in a selling mood. Let's do 10% off for the books listed so far. Feel free to pm with offers if you're interested in more than one.
  8. This is one of my favorite Skywald covers and a gorgeous copy to boot. Congratulations to the buyer and seller.
  9. I could post it but it's a bit too salacious for these boards.
  10. Likewise, I had the ASM 135 on a 3-ring binder and loved it. I can't remember if it had the funky white spider or the correct black one.

  15. One overall note. All of these were purchased by me when they came out, opened put into a mylite bag and then never read. They've sat inside my bookcase with doors on the front protected from light and dust. With one exception, they are all like new (I'll note the exception in the specific listing).
  16. 17. Obviously, a lot of people dispute that. You keep bringing up this whole "non-substantive one panel" dismissal but that dog just won't hunt. It's basically a splash page of Wolverine. To suggest otherwise is being disingenuous. I'm guessing you have multiple copies of 181 and that's why this thread bothers you. One thing is for sure, a person would have to be pretty gullible to take your opinion over the guys that actually created Wolverine.
  18. Great bunch of books! You've got that Epic run in a headlock, can't be many left to complete.
