Floating this one last time before I get it slabbed for auction. Price sharply reduced and firm. Our Fighting Forces #1 • 3.5 • $215 shipped priority with signature. Here's something you don't see available very often. Creasing on cover. Long crease from bottom left corner angling up to Nazi's top hand. It's crossed by a visible crease, making an X at the bottom. Hard to see in the scan, but there's a vertical crease running from the tank, along the outer edge of what looks like a license plate, down into the sky background. Creasing lower right corner. Reader's creases on spine as visible. Color rub visible on DC imprint and the "F" in "Fighting". Penciled "B 8-17" below the "G" in "Fighting". Discoloration on back cover, upper right is staining; there's a tide mark in that same area, outlining a larger area by maybe a 1/2" area. A 1/4" horizontal tear on the back at the spine, just below middle. Some light creasing on back cover. Staples attached and mostly secure but see centerfold pic where, hopefully, you'll spot a tear at the bottom of the bottom staple. CLICK TO ENLARGE

I had a nice burst over the weekend. Just when I think things are slowing down, I get a burst of sales. I need to get some more stuff listed though...I have so many small dollar items, I'm close to just unloading at an LCS.

Not a Charlton person myself. I missed out on a slabbed copy of that Capt. Storm in the last ComicLink auction, in similar grade, so I'm tickled to get this one. I love these DC Adler washes, especially the war ones.

Thanks to @mustang33guy! She's beat but complete, and knows how to do combat from the back of a horse. What's not to love? I've been developing an interest in westerns lately and was drawn to the cover's detailing, it's perspective with the horse charging right past the viewer while the rider looks over her shoulder to konk a bandito who's lassoed her. And just what had she and this shirtless man been doing before being run out of town. Her face is overdone and dolled up, but that's what you get with any GGA, I guess. I was also drawn to the logo with the miniature figures. Gotta love that cow.
