  1. Yes, but I’m waaaaay down there on The Walking Dead registry, #28 in ranking. Overall I’m doing ok though.
  2. Some pickups from HA and eBay. I was a little shocked on the #2 second print as well. I was the buyer for the previous copy on eBay. I agree that most mainstream collectors won’t care about that book. But I do have somewhat of an obsession with follow on prints. I’ve got 3 copies of 2 second print (9.8, 9.4 SS and a NM raw copy). I also managed to grab a 116 third print for $1500 (taxes and shipping). That was the last book I needed to complete a full run of all printings.
  3. Nothing crazy but I’ve wanted 9.8 copies of these for a while.
  4. That’s an awesome book! Have a 9.8 white page copy but it’s not a pedigree. I was happy to add it to my collection.
  5. I agree on issue 7. The Kit Carson scout Duong was awesome. I also enjoyed issue 27 that covered the LRRP team.
  6. The later issues aren’t that hard to find but you’re going to pay $10-$20 a book for them. Specifically, anything past issue 75. The difficult part of this run is finding them in super high grade. The biggest complaint I have with this series is that issues 30-51 where really hit and miss. I only enjoy a handful of stories from that time period. After the first Punisher appearance in issue 52 and 53 the story lines did get better in my opinion but I think they lost a lot of the earlier readers by this point. It’s unfortunate because overall it was a great series. I have a full run myself and I’m also trying to complete a full 9.8 run. The heart burn I have with that is dropping $80-100 on an issue that I know is pure cr@p just cause it’s a 9.8. I hope they don’t write a comic series based on the GWOT. Not now anyway. I think The ‘Nam came out at great time (10 years after the war). If they did I would want it to be a MAX run or by an independent company.
  7. Nothing spectacular, but all I need now to complete my 1-10 set in 9.8 is #7 second print (I have a 9.6).
  8. 1.38?! Completely fair 🤣 awesome job my man! Happy for you!
  9. More and more early punisher books are being subbed. They will come around again. War Zone seems to be pretty popular now.
  10. Actually I do ask myself that most of the time, 🤣. Great pick ups! How much did they set you back?
  11. Same! I think the War Zone series of covers where great!
  12. Been wanting a 9.8 copy of this book for a while. Finally found one at a good price.
  13. It’s possible but not anytime soon. The Crow would have evolve into a more mainstream interest than just a cult following. I imagine if #1 hit those highs it would be under the same type of circumstances as Moon Knight’s rise in popularity. That’s just my opinion.
  14. “Beat to all heck”=the book has character.😉. I dig it.
  15. I thought the German PKTMU was pretty cool. I lost the initial auction by a couple dollars. The seller contacted me later and said he had a second copy and would sell it for my max bid. Needless to say I took him up on the offer. I’m a fan of Steve Dillion’s rendition of the Punisher.
  16. The black and white version goes for a couple hundred bucks when they pop on eBay.
