I like his baby stuff ... even-though it's become waaay too oversaturated at this point at Marvel. His non-baby stuff is REALLY cool as I liken the style to 90's era Tim Burton.
Makes me reminisce of my youth.

The idea behind this was to get a sketch featuring a Colonial Marine running from Twister.
Not sure if I'll crack it though... RIP Bill Paxton.

The folks over at Scorpion Comics have an Edge of Venomverse blank for sale. They also still have some Spawn blanks too.

Fantastic books! @Captain Canuck Did you just use cut bristol as the "blank"?

Resurrecting this thread as I've recently come across some of the older "Troy" covers. Has anyone else had success with this or have know whereabouts of ".Troy"?

I know not yet slabbed, but can't contain my excitement on this one. Massive props to Greg F. (not sure if he's on these boards) for this one. Sasha Banks, FNC Variant got both this and the higher print run variant signed.
(P.S. if you are a Sasha Banks/WWE fan, there will be one kept for my PC but I had multiples signed and off to CGC.)

Throwing it out there in case anyone can possibly facilitate for this event.

39. yagyare (CGC 9.8)
I'd like to amend my spot on the list as I've acquired a second 9.8 blue label.
-
He still signs for free, minus key books, correct?
No he charges at least $20 for X-Titles and $10 for non (So his image stuff for example would be a $10 sig.)
Hmm, thought he was free a year ago except for NM 98. Maybe I was mistaken.
Correct. You are mistaken.
Its $50 for the NM98 now.
The price increased to $75 for NM98 as of Amazing Arizona which was over Deadpool release weekend. Other covers featuring DP were $50.

Aquaman!
Lookin good Chris!

Thought I might try to trade this gem. I'm looking for a Marvel graded key(s) in return. This is a pricey sketch so please don't offer 5.0 commons. It has happened in the past.
The Legends sketch: Ronita, Colan, Sinnott and Trimpe. Capped off with a Stan Lee sig.

Nobody is jumping any sharks, at least not without me.
You saw it here first-- Spanish edition of Enormous #1 with variant covers.
More news on this soon.

Deadpool #6 with the 1st Deadpool 2099 is double cover already. They're bringing her back in issue 12.
Just last week someone was saying how hard a 9.8 is for this issue. Bad corners like crazy
Is this another Gwenpool scenario, does she actually appear in the story? I'm wondering if it's worth it to pick up the variant along with the 2099 regular cover.

Everything DC dropped last night was fly.
+1
I'm optimistic with what they're bringing to the cinematic table.

Error Version.....HA
People will buy into anything.
You realize that the "error version" is a thing right?

I am going to own a CGC 9.8 Enormous Phantom Variant #1 soon (won it in a Fantasy Football League). Can someone fill me in on the draw of this book and what the series is all about (beyond the obvious please)? Online reviews are mixed.
For example: "Walking Dead" isn't about people running from zombies, it is a collage of compelling stories of the people facing death and the dangers of humans when they truly start becoming desperate.
What is great about Enormous?
In all honesty Enormous is one of those titles you probably want to pick up and just read. It's pretty fantastic and the artwork is unbelievable. It'd be a disservice to give you a Cliff Notes version IMHO.

Season Nine is quite the wild ride. Although it can be confusing at times if you don't stay on top of each detail shown.
High points:
- JSA (Season Nine: Absolute Justice, Part 1, Absolute Justice, Part 2, Salvation): This episode was fantastic. Especially the actors playing Hawkman and Doctor Fate.
- Zatanna (Season Nine: Warrior): This was a great appearance, and a cool episode where a kid steals a rare comic that was cursed which makes him his dream superhero.
Low to medium points:
- Jor-El appearance (Season Nine: Kandor): Played by Julian Sands. We find out Jor-El had lived on Earth at one point in his life ( ), and this is now his clone showing up with a confusing story about a science experiment leading to the creation of...
- Zod and the Kandorian Army: Created originally to be clones to maintain the life of Kandor heroes, they now turn out to be a large group with no super powers wishing to conquer Earth. This is where the season gets confusing.
- Tess Mercer: Throughout the season she goes back and forth with her loyalties to Lex, Zod, Clark, herself, humanity - very confusing character.
I'm far from finished with the season. But these items stood out so far.
Completely agree across the board but you also left out the fact that the actress is absolutely gorgeous! I had a mega crush on her and Allison Mack.

Here's hoping that Apocalypse is as intimidating and imposing as the trailer perpetuates him to be. We've yet to see a legit credible villain in any comic films really that pose a serious threat to the good guys.
Remember that first AoU trailer? Ultron with that line about no strings gave shills then he caught is arse beat all in and around the third act.

Absolutely loved Smallville!
Watched religiously from beginning to end. Some seasons were far and away better than others. The season with the stones/witches (Season 3 I think) was pretty bad, but overall the show consistently delivered and had really good cliffhangers.
Also, Allison Mack

I predict he's around for the first 5-7 issues then bails for something else. (i.e. Alias, Lost, Star Wars ... etc)
