As a seller i get feedback abt 50% of the time. Feedback helps the seller. Its easy to do. If you got your item no problems then you should leave feedback. I can only conclude that 50% of people dont give a **** about anyone else. Then they go to DMV and meet someone who doesnt give a **** abt them and they whine abt it. Hey-YOU'RE one of those people!

No one should be able to sneak up on stupidman but they always do. He can travel faster than light. To him everyone else is like a stone statue completely unmoving. Imagine a stone statue sneaking up on you with a ray gun. Nope. Him and Flash are constantly getting sneaked up on, in the Flash's case by BOOMERANGS of all things.

Plus he can xray Luthor to see if he has kryptonite and vaporize it from 300 miles away but does he ever do that? NO. He seems like he doesnt even understand how to use his own powers the numbnuts.

clearly the case when you subtract emotion and just use pure logic. Kirby didnt get his art back and worked for over a decade with that understanding. He could have quit any time if he didnt like it. He never said a peep about it until years later when the dollar signs started showing up. Ditko says he was work for hire and didnt want anything. Pretty sure ditko and Kirby had the same contract.

There are plenty of undiscovered talented artists out there-just peruse deviantart. They will remain nobodies. I'm sure they would trade for 1/10th of Jack's success in a heartbeat. You could say but jack was far more talented than anybody else ever but that is just subjective. there are plenty of people that hate kirby's art and think he sucked.

Whether you just did some doodles for 10 bucks or worked for years creating something that became worth billions, if it's work for hire it's work for hire. If you dont like that dont work for hire. People forget Marvel also gave Jack the opportunity to become a rich, famous dude. It wasnt a one way street.

Work for hire is work for hire whether your art is worth $10 or $10,000,000.

yes. the artist is out of the loop. I havent seen any evidence that anything was stolen as opposed to Marvel just didnt care and let people take it if so Jack could have done so but wasnt smart enough. Because he worked for years wihout getting his art back. That was his choice. He only wanted it when it became worth something.

If you agreed to work and the art was nolonger yours after you were paid you would be wrong to be upset. The kid proofreader was smarter than you is all.

They only got peeved when suddenly the art was worth something. You cant work for years under one agreement then suddenly say hey wait a minute when you see dollar signs.

Did he work for years without getting his pages back? yes Did he stop working because they wouldnt give him his pages? no So was that his choice to keep working without getting his pages? yes I might not know much but these facts are incontrovertible.
