  1. Lots of factors; market fluctuation to the new hot book, reaction to the story in Venom #18, Wal-Mart packs, etc... Prices on Moderns are very volatile and have been for a few years now.
  2. Nope, completely missing the point. You're acting as if everyone buying has a money tree and can just buy whatever they what whenever they want.
  3. There are many sites. https://esellercafe.com/ebay-latest-update-doubles-number-states-where-marketplace-must-collect-sales-tax/
  4. You can't compare books like that. Especially in this market. They have different supply and buy-in points. Not everyone can afford a high end superhero key. Ant Man was pretty much announced at SDCC in 2006 (wow, doesn't seem like it was that long ago). But, was not put into full production until around 2013-14. That's really when people start to notice because it's "real" at that point. In 2012 TTA #27 was a $7,800 in 8.0 (i just picked what I felt was a decent high end buy-in grade). 2013 it went to over $10k with one sale. 2019 it's around $17,600. 225% increase roughly. In 2012 MP #47 was $112.50 in 9.8. 2013 it quadrupled. 2019 it's sitting around $560 or 500% increase.
  5. He's slated to be in some of the new Marvel stories coming out later this year and next year. Possibly tied into the new Iron Man of the future stuff.
  6. That is not the Black Knight that is going to be in the movie. Kind of like saying Hank Pym was the star of two Ant Man movies.
  7. Ah, you are correct! Yes, looks like he will be getting some revenge.
  8. Correct, that is the same with any book related to a movie. However, we have not seen any type of costume or screen time with a very popular actor yet. So, there is still time.
  9. OP said "...prior to the movie". Avengers #55? Ultron? Their isn't any correlation movie wise between these two characters. Marvel Premiere #15? That was a TV show on Netflix. I think you both may also be missing some key information. It was already stated that he is going to see little screen time in Eternals. He was not brought into the MCU for one small appearance in that movie. They have bigger plans and he may have already been in Ant Man & Wasp. Not Kit Harrington screen time, but I think they will relate back to that movie at some point.
  10. https://contact.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ReturnUserIdHistory&requested=berkbridge Sorry, not very helpful.
  11. Ha, unfortunately no. He's confusing it with "there". "...or know the difference from their, they`re, thier, or effect or affect"
  12. Bro, "thier" is not a word. And yes, you can be very successful without even a high school degree. I would not recommend that to anyone though.
  13. What the market has decided does not equate to something being correct.
  14. Wow, that's serious? Ruthless. Got bad news for you, ma'am...
  15. Ah, just what we were looking for. An unbiased opinion.
  16. Black Panther and Captain Marvel hit those numbers more because of their cultural importance. I think that's what Sean is trying to say about Shang-Chi.
  17. Black Panther is more recognizable than Shang-Chi, yes. Is the correlation you're making that people will flock to a movie because it is the first time their race / gender has been featured?
  18. Which is? I heard a rumor on the darkwebs they were going to be in the next movie. Get it now! Wait, may have been Carnage's hairdresser. (Wuud-dy)
  19. Don't OVERestimate a character that nobody outside of comics has ever heard of. And that's people that are pretty deep in comics. If you ask someone off the street who's into comics, they even have probably not heard of Shang-Chi.
