What characters have been inconsistent? The key people that are currently left out are Starhawk, Moondragon and Quasar and possibly Adam Warlock and Major Victory.

DC has thousands of New Earths as well. I don't remember Starhawk dying in that 2009 run. Also, the way that story was written, as explained, Starhawk was from the future and as they were doing things it changed the future. Basically they took the storyline from Back to the Future and made it cosmic.

Gotcha, forgot about Suicide Squad. The Justice League Dark film has not be confirmed for production yet. All that has happened is Del Toro wrote a -script and it's been a while now.

Auctions may not have been selling for that much, but stores and online retailers ask that much because it is also the first Damien Wayne as Batman and Professor Pyg who you might remember from Batman Eternal.
