  1. Was selling for $20-30 raw at the beginning of July. Seems to be in the $10-20 range now.
  2. Hmmm... it has the same name as the original and is more limited than the original. We've seen that before... Spawn #1 vs. Spawn #1 Black & White (five years later) ASM #300 vs. ASM #300 Chromium (eleven years later) Since a lot of collectors don't ever do any homework, there's a good chance this "new" Batman Adventures #12 variant could be a cash cow... forever. The huge difference between this and your examples is that both Spawn #1 and ASM #300 had ginormous print runs which certainly wasn't the case for BA #12. It's not really a legit comparison ... So..it should be even more in demand than those.
  3. there's a pinup with shatterstar in the book, the pinup is a team that looks A LOT like the new x force. Think of it like the Wolverine ad in DD 115. Nah, this comparison doesn't work! The DD book shows the cover to 181. NM Annual 6 is more like a prototype. Think of Foom 2 I had to look up why that book was selling so well. I mean out of nowhere it takes off. When I saw it was Shatterstar I just rolled my eyes. 1st X-force what a stretch. I understand that X-Force is going to be a film but NM 100 had a massive print run. Even though it's the first X-Force I would think the amount of copies out there would destroy the chance of it ever selling well. Maybe the 3rd print is a better bet. I like that cover a lot more and the print run on the 3rd print is probably lower than the first print. To be honest I can't believe there are even conversations happening about the value of X-Force comics. I remember when X-Force 1 came out. The whole thing kind of turned me off to collecting comics for a long time. Are we really still having conversations about print run vs. demand?
  4. WTH? That book has been mentioned numerous times on here and it never sold for more than $5 in the past.
  5. I think they're being secretive about some of the content. Could be that they're just looking to generate sales by speculators Will the new hulk be on it?
  6. Actually $82.17, there is a BIN for $98. Boscoe was correct: C $90.00 Approximately US $67.64 It is beyond me why people run auctions in the month of August. With Back to School and other things going on (conventions), unless you are really strapped for cash, do not run auctions. Just a terrible idea. But hey, I've picked up quite a few things this month so.... You're not counting shipping. If the same book closed for $10 with $60 shipping would you say it sold for $10? The two books I compared had different shipping prices, thus I added the shipping to get a comparable total.
  7. You can grab them for free even... Where are you finding them for free? Krighton snagged some for free in one of those giving tree threads. Good grab ! Ah, I refer to that as a "Divad Outlier"
  8. This reminds me of the Last of Us run up a couple of years ago. . Last of Us was based on a video game and is slated to be a movie though.
  9. You can grab them for free even... Where are you finding them for free?
  10. 1st appearance of Madame MacEvil, who later becomes Moondragon.
  11. It already has. Hmmm maybe. I am leaning towards its current selling price as heating up. It's been said they have big long term plans for Red Hood. I can see it going much higher than its currently selling for. If Red Hood actually winds up in a live action film I see no reason it won't become a $100+ raw book IMO. Brings up an interesting question, what Modern book has broke the $100 mark for a movie character? Only single character I can think of is Winter Soldier. GotG, but they are a team and it wasn't any characters first appearances. Yes, but that character was more akin to the original Red Hood. Jason Todd is just a later iteration.
  12. So what's heating up in Copper? I see that Batman 436 is doing very well in graded 9.8 ss, although off its highs from a few months ago. Fixed that... all sales results
  13. Nov. 7, 2013 http://screenrant.com/marvel-netflix-deal-tv-shows-daredevil-luke-cage-iron-fist-jessica-jones/
  14. It certainly wasn't overlooked then. Can't say for certain if it was getting $50, probably not.
  15. Starting to. http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_sop=1&LH_Complete=1&LH_Sold=1&_ipg=50&_from=R40&_sacat=0&_nkw=moon+knight+1+1980+nm Was there an announcement? Not sure what's the hype behind moon knight? Any suggested readings from MK fans (I have Marvel Unlimited)? I'm curious to learn more about this character. Moon Knight has a following for sure. It's price is rising like most other characters these days. Have you looked at what Marvel Spotlight #28 is doing? I really liked the first arc of the new Moon Knight series. If you are not familiar with the character, like myself, it seems a little disjointed because there is lots of historical parts written in, but I still was able to figure it out and liked it.
  16. ROM #1 quietly got over the $300 mark, on they way to $350 now. i saw that too, but as 15 water stained copies I think that was a really good price for the seller on those +1 All about selling at the right time!
  17. Unfortunately the cardboard was thin and still able to bend in shipping. If it would have been sandwiched I'm sure it would have helped.
