I am interested in two books lately.

 

I am still looking for a nice Strange Tales 110 and have been thinking about buying a copy of FF 48. (I sold my lower grade copy this year)

 

I am not looking at an investment here. I am wondering which I should pick up now and which I should pick up next year.

 

The ST110 6.0's seem to be going past the $2000 mark while the FF48 is possible to find for slightly under $2000 in a 9.2.

 

Thoughts?

I would go with the ST110 first,though both books are going up right now,it is harder to get.Both characters are gonna get movies,most likely,so get em now while you can......

When I was first starting my ASM run,I really wasn't thinking about AF#15.......it was high priced even in 2005,and I needed that first issue to begin my run.Looking back,maybe I should have got it,but I have no regrets,my collection feels complete,and if I get struck by lightning and fall into 15k, I will get that AF#15........ The price written was $200 less than the numbers written,it's gotta be void......

No problem bro,I just have to wait on the big screen TV a few days,I got the place too,just waiting to close......

The amount written was different from the amount in numbers........2nd time this happened,both from boardies.........I think alot of comic collectors are hammered when they write checks..

I know I'm not supposed to count my chickens before they hatch but this book will be on it's way any day now...I've wanted a Lloyd Jacquet book ever since I heard about the collection. A little piece of history. For those who don't know he was the publisher responsible for publishing early Timely books from Marvel Comics #1 onwards. Kind of a big deal if you know what I mean.
