This arrived this morning, form Comiclink! A grail off the list. The cover is a bit soiled, as is the interior, and there is some glue on the spine (at the staples) but its still totally readable, supple and complete!! I am totally excited about this one... its nice to see the battle in its original form (I have worn out my Fantasy Masterpieces reprint!).

 

I'm very happy with CLINK's grading ... seems bang on. Maybe the pages are a bit darker than described, but still nice and flexible. And their service was very good. Time payments, baby!!

Thanks everyone,actually Tax Refund Timely's is more accurate.This is the 2nd year I used some of my refund to pick up a few Timely's.I got the fever,and the only prescription is more Timely's!.......

Today was Timely Tuesday for me,both of these came in the mail today.....

Great FF#1's Mar-vell & TSwift25.. ...I'm also hoping to pick up a 4.5-5.0 #1 this year too,great book.........

 

I just received this from the boards (one and only) point five. Scan doesn't do the book justice. Apart from the heavy spine wear, it present much better than many VG+ books I own. Great gloss and decent page quality.

This is one of my favorite covers! I put up a thumbnail once, but hadn't scanned it until now.

Yeah the label says "white pages" too! Is the back cover a mess or did you just bump into a cranky grading team? Or is the scan just particularly flattering? I'd love to read the grader's notes on that.

 

Nevertheless-- what a nice book. Great pickup.
