    House, car, cost of living...have to part with my Neal Adams signed copy of Batman #251. Signed 7 years ago, this book has white pages and is graded a 9.0.     Better to make payment arrangements with a seller BEFORE sending a best offer, or better to make an offer which is accepted and then send a message stating, "I get paid Friday, I'll send payment then"? To me as a seller, I'd rather have the extra 2 days to potentially sell the item at full price. If you don't have the money today, then don't make an offer today, right?
