Was it an actual fed-ex holding location or a 3rd party, such as Walgreens et al? The latter is what I've historically done. Just a no-go on the latest Heritage auction though. Fed-Ex just said there was a restriction on the account that prevented them from sending to any facility other than the home address.

Agree, that the police can make out the plate number enhancing the image.. This should be an open and shut case... Those photos have all the evidence you could ask for.

Was wondering if anyone else has experienced this with Heritage. So they ship FedEx and often times I'm not home to recieve so historically I have rerouted to a holding facility. I could have sworn I've done this with Heritage along with other auction houses in the past. Apparenlty now when trying to change via online it states the service is not available. I called and was told the sender apparently has a restriction on thier account which prevents FedEx from sending to a holding facility. Very odd and extremely inconvenient. Just curious if any other folks have recently run into this with them.

Wasn't aware of that. That's outright theft. I thought folks just paid and were given refunds with no explaination after x amount of days/weeks. If what you say is accurate that's HOS right there.

You need some proof that he's the one responsible for flagging your listings that might prove difficult in this situation. PL are not limited to transactions just conducted on the boards it applies to any venue. Usually the PL nomination is reserved for getting resolution to a deal that goes sideways i.e. No payment, seller fails to ship book etc... However if what you say is true I'd sure want to avoid any dealings with that person. Honestly I don't use craigslist but you should contact them directly to see why they continually remove your listing and explain to them what you think is going on. Very doubtful that you'd get him on the PL based just on this but I'm sure others would appreciate the PSA on him/her.
