    @G.A.tor Considering a fairly large purchase and debating between 1 of 2 books. In your experience for desirability and resale value is it more advantagous to have a book with a taped spine or tape residue along the entire spine? I know neither are optimal and both are blue labels FYI.

    Do back covers of any modern reprints have the dept no by Johnston Smith & Co? Could have sworn I read somewhere that the omission of that indicated a reprint. The BC posted does have though.

    Yes, I did. I put my max in 7 days ago, thankfully that was enough. Shot up real quick today from where it had been sitting at $1700 before the live bidding started. This was the only one I had been eyeing for this auction, glad to walk away with it.
