Well CGC has been known to give the "GA" bump for books in the golden era not sure so much for SA. There should at least be some consistency in any discretion used when dealing with books at this price point. Here's a book I recently got that predates the above Avengers 1 by 13 years that I believe is a true 9.6 and looks better than that AV 1. I think @Bomber-Bob reply was spot on in that grading was very loose for a period of time and some of those books should be avoided.

David bought a few books from me, class act all the way around. A real asset to to the boards.

While sorting through some books came across this one which I don't recall how it came to me. Tried looking it up in overstreet to no avail. Inside front and back covers are blank. Back outside cover has some publication info from Canada. Here are a couple of pics. Looking for any reference on price for this in addition to artists for cover. Thanks in advance.

It does make me wonder what would necessitate the need for that much cash so quick. If he has what he says just auctioning off the AF 15 and AS 8 alone is like half that nut of what he's looking for and wouldn't take long. If I had the money I'd definitely go for a look see.
